DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LUNAWIGS.COM! THEY ARE SHIPPING FAKE PRODUCTS FROM CHINA BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE U.S.A. CANNOT SHUT THEM DOWN!

I paid $44 for 2 wigs, plus extra $10 for express shipping. $54 TOTAL. I realized that the prices were really low, but I didn't expect that their business was fraudelent.

Not only did it take 3 weeks until their website/Chinese courier posted ANY tracking info at all, but then I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for my order to ship via shipping container, from Asia to Los Angeles. (Because their website offers "Express Shipping," I assumed that my order would be immediately packed & air shipped individually!
But instead, my wigs were shipped from China to America inside a shipping freight container via boat.

My order was untraceable for about 4 weeks. The tracking number their website gave me was invalid because the Chinese shipping courier uses their own, unique freight shipping container tracking numbers.

Finally, around week 4, I located my original tracking number on an independent international shipping courier website.

At first, I was confused bc the independent website showed 2 tracking numbers instead of just one!?

It took about 1 more week for my order of the 2 wigs to finally arrive from Los Angeles to my home in Northern California. (It's only a 6 hour drive from Los Angeles to my home, a shipping time most couriers make overnight, even if transported by truck).

Bir even after paying extra for a "7-10 day Express Delivery" shipment that actually took more than 5 weeks to arrive, I still had faith in Lunawigs.com
The worst insult neither wig was the color, shape, color, nor quality that I ordered.

So imagine my disappointment and anger when I took the wigs out of their shipping envelope(s)!

Neither wigs was made out o human hair-like synthetic wig materials as described in their website reviews! It was all fake!

Instead, they sent me a short curly wool-like wig that an old lady might wear in a stage play. It resembled a fuzzy mop head, full of auburn-colored cotton balls -- entirely different from the pictured hairstyle and quality shown online.

About a week later, the second wig finally arrived. Again, it resembled nothing even close to the wig I ordered.

It too was made of machine spun synthetic fibers, (nothing that looks like hair, either real or fake), and was a bright red color --- like a wig a clown or comical stage actor might wear!?

I paid via PAYpal because I wanted my purchase and credit card info to be guaranteed and protected. But because Lunawigs.com DID actually ship me a wig-like product, they know it will be difficult for me to get a refund. (Luckily, at least PayPal ensured that my credit card info was not stolen by these thieves)!

Please DON'ttttttttttttttttttttttt Buy! The women on the reviews and pics are NOT REAL! They even confirmed it! I lost a lot of money and can't get it back! If you do... the shipping to China is over $200! Warn alllllllllllllllllllll who u know! Sistahs Unite! OUR money to them is GOLD! Let's spend it where we can Profit and be Respected. Look below at my pics... the wig looks nice on the pic but as u can see it's nuthin like the Sis hair itz supposed to be a deep wavy bob... but look at it *not the lady face* the hair I ordered. So PLEALSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE pay attention and don't believe them!

I ordered 2 wigs from this company on 2/3/20.It is now 03/11/20 have not received them yet. This Company LUNA WIGS IS A RIPOFF DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY
