I ordered a wig from Luna Wigs on March 30,2020, and I did not receive it until April 30,2020, and that only because pay pal got involved. The wig that was sent to me was basically cat hair stitched onto a wig cap that in no way resembled what is advertised on their website. I could not get anyone to answer my phone calls and the email I sent to luna wigs was responded via a robot. In short, Luna wigs are running a scam. The wig I purchased was a loss of money and there is no way I can get it refunded. Please do not use luna wigs as a place to purchase wigs or anything for that matter.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THE RISK IS TOO HIGH! I ORDERED WIG 2/7/20. AFTER 6 WEEKS and SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT LUNA WIGS (BY EMAIL), FINALLY THEY SENT ME A STOCKING CAP WITH THE HOLES. THEY SWITCHED THE PACKING # ON THE WIG and PUT IT ON THE STOCKING CAP!. THEREFORE PAYPAL CONCLUDED THAT I GOT THE WIG! I TRIED GETTING MY MONEY BACK WHICH WAS CONVERTED TO PAYPAL. I LOST MY MONEY! I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR LUNA WIGS nor FOR PAYPAL!
I ordered 2 wigs from this company and let me tell you I haven't received my order yet and there isn't NO number to call.or speak with. These crooks needs to be put out of business.it doesn't get any worse than. This I should have ordered on amazon.
Dont do it order my wife 2 wigs and they sent it 4 weeks later wrong wigs not even close to my order
I ordered 3 wigs expected to receive them within 3 to 7 days... it took almost 3 weeks to get them. Upon opening the wigs were nothing like the photos that i ordered from. The wigs are coming from China and you can not contact them nor get a response especially if its within 30 days of placing your order. No returns no refund thats their thing to avoid.

This company is a sham. I had problems with shipping. When I receive the wig it was the shabbiest thing I have ever received. It looked like a piece of horse hair sewn together. I was shocked. Watch out customers... this is a very poor representation of a reputable company.
I ordered three wigs from Luna wigs and that was the worst experience of my life the wigs that I received did not have any curls any shape the salt and pepper wig came in with a silver color I recommend that no one purchase a wig from wigs the pictures that are on their website does not represent what you will receive once again I'm having difficulties getting a refund and I really highly recommend that no one orders a wig from this unethical company.

Waited forever to get wig. Was sent the wrong wig and they will not pay for return which would cost more than the wig. You cannot contact them by telephone. There is only email contact. I beg you---stay away from this company.

I brought 5 salt and pepper wigs. All of them are HORRIBLE. I don't know what color one of them is supposed to be. I can't get any reply from the company to return them for a refund. The reviews on there website have to be fake.
I purchased two wigs and the pictures made them look very nice. I should have known that for $19.99 that they would not be of the best quality, but I did not expect the hair to fall out before I even tried to comb them. The openings to tightened the wigs were not even open (stitched close). Neither of the wigs were what I ordered and I can't even cut them to make them wearable. I have purchased $20 wigs from beauty supply stores and wig shops and have been able to wear them. They even had the nerve to put a couple of celebrities in the ads to make it seem like a legit company. LADIES THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! PASS THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR FRIENDS AND KEEP THEM FROM LOSING THEIR MONEY. I am not even going to try to get a refund because if it takes as long as took to get the wigs I may be to old to collect it.
I ordered 2 wigs which took a long time to come. Once I received them I couldn't believe what they sold me. They did not look like what I ordered and hair was a mess. Don't order from Luna wigs because the wigs are trash. I would never wear either one of them. Hee Haw.
I ordered Luna 003 The wig I received is not cut properly I am so disappointed I thought this was a company I would be able to deal with on a regular basis not only for myself but for my customers
I ordered 3 wigs from Lunawigs. Just terrible these wigs looks awful. I've contacted them several times for the return address. They refuse to provide that information. On their website they've all these great reviews. It's obviously they either wrote them themselves or paid people for the reviews. Please whatever you do don't order anything from this company. I'd to give a star to write a review. Just terrible and money wasted.
I'm warning you, do not order of this site, just go to a wig store or use a reputable company. Not this company, they use stock photos and fake reviews. The wig was horrible and itchy and it was the wrong wig. Don't forget I warned you. The photo I provided shows the difference between what was advertised and what they sent me.
Do not purchase from this place. They offer 100% refund unconditional refund that they never offer. They don't respond to emails. They send you an email requesting you to take pictures of the tracking info and the product and then they offer you $20 refund on a $100 purchase. If you don't accept it they never respond anymore. They are a grad and this is how to RIP you off.
This place is a fraud,,,, I ordered three wigs and didn't receive any I tried to email, and trace your order forget it,, they give wrong tracking number too,, scammer,, I will never order what is not made in USA again...
