I purchased 3 wigs from Luna wigs site. The wigs took a out two months to arrive. I was excited to have my wigs to try on, but to my surprise, when I opened each cheap packaging, it was apparent that I was scammed. This had to be a joke! Scraggly looking, shedding, haphazardly sewn wigs that appeared that a six-year styled the pieces.
I immediately contacted the company for a reund: phone calls to no avail, website's email to return with no response. No customer service interaction in over a year month. RIP Off... they say based out of China, but my box came from the Maldives?
Advertisers should investigate all these complaints and pull from all sites. I want my money back.

Please do not purchase anything from this company I ordered five wigs based on the pictures. I paid my money and when I received my package it was so devastating, none of the wigs that I purchased looked like the pictures online wa I called, emailed, and attempted to text trying to get my money back. I purchased my items on 10/6/2020 I recieved an email on 10/7/2020 that a label had been created from somewhere in N. J. but no destination as of that date. Today is 10/20/2020. This company is false advertising their wigs. I ordered two wigs that were neither the style or colors I wanted. I asked for a refund, instead they offered half my money back and to keep the two sorry looking wigs. The wigs are so horrible, I wouldn't even give them away as a donation. What a big waste of my $45 dollars.
On three occasions I ordered the buy two get one free wig from luna Wigs. Every time the free wig was not what I ordered and was a curly clown looking wig.The other two wigs were fine. The third order I ordered in June and just received them. This business is a total scam and you cant get in touch with them.
I brought four wigs from Luna wigs this year 2020 for over $100. The wigs did not look ANYTHING like the picture on their site. All the wigs are good for is the trash can. The lace front is a total mess, one was orange and the other two was a disaster. They will NEVER get my money again. This blonde one was suppose to be a lace front. This is the orange one. I ordered three wigs from Luna Wigs 2 months ago and I still have not received my order! Every time you email them the email address states that they have reached their quota and the email comes back to you
I purchased these wigs on April 21,2020 and paid for expediting shipping (see pic). I received these wigs on July 11,2020! The wigs were deplorable and while I know you get what you pay for with the extremely low price the condition they were in wasn't worth a $1.00. The "spiral" cut wig, had a "bang" attachment, that was an entirely different texture and color which was a bad afterthought and looked like you had on two different wigs.
The "short curly afro wig' was nothing but long, stringy hair and the texture was horrible and felt like if it got too hot it would catch fire. Due to the condition of the wigs, I refused to even place them on my head, because I was afraid I would catch something. These wigs weren't even worth donating, so I just threw them in the trash, where is the same place it looked like LUNA got them before taking my money and sending them to me months later. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The pictures they have on their web site are staged and you will be better off ordering from AMAZON - because at least you can send it back if not satisfied, and these folks do not return e-mail and good luck with trying to contact customer service via phone.
Please ladies, this fake company has stolen sooo... much money from people by advertising fake pictures of hairstyles of real celebrities hairstyles, and advertising them as wigs. What you have ordered may come in 2 months. These scammers are working in the states, and sending you emails from China when you inquire about your order, so apparently they have the scam working in this manner then you would think your order is really coming from the states then you find out when the wigs come they are horrible.
I ordered 3 wigs on May 27th it is now the middle of July no sign of bad wig or good wig my tracking shows they have entered 3 cities in California why not just pit them on the plane to Midwest Instead of having them circle Cali... But I gather from the reviews I should just let them circle.
