After requesting my auto delivery be canceled (this can only be done by phone and not online) the company made unauthorized charges to my account. A second request was made to cancel and delete my account was made because online it still showed auto-deliveries set up. Representative confirmed they had not been canceled. Received email confirmation of cancelation following 2nd phone call. Third attempt was made via email to have account canceled and deleted. The account still remained open and still showed auto-delivery set up. Another phone call to customer service was made to again delete the account and ensure all deliveries were deleted.
Total scam- do not purchase anything from this company. They lie about canceling hoping people won't notice reoccurring charges.
The product is awful anyway, not at all like described in commercials!

I believe this product worked as advertised. It is much lighter than foundation and very easy to apply. I ordered it from Amazon & it cam quickly. They have a nice variety of colors. Based off of the information from their website the color I chose matched my skin perfectly.

I've cancelled and still they keep sending more makeup. I don't like their product I am not happy with it. I've cancelled it and yet they keep on sending more makeup and charging my card. Ridiculous!

4 years ago I ordered off of their commercial. A commercial. I received one order of foundation that was a perfect match for my skin. All other orders this company sent a very light shade that I can't use. I called them and they told me they discontinued the original shade. They have since (for 3 years folks) sent me the wrong far too light shades of makeup despite canceling at least 10 times by phone, email and on line. I have filed fraud with my bank, cancelled cards and they still manage to somehow get a charge off a new card or PayPal. They are virtually unstoppable. Do you know how much 50.00 a month for 3 years adds up to? Close to 2 grand. I have dozens of unopened bags of this $#*!e that cannot be used. More than any other company out there, this brand needs a class action suit filed by the countless others who are unable to cancel and repeatedly charged for years despite canceling of cards or filing fraud charges. Who's with me? Filing with attorney General office now. Pictured is yet another package of this sham unusable product that just arrived today.

The product itself isn't bad, but you wind up paying way more than it is worth! I didn't realize it was actually 5 payments of $53, plus I was added to an auto delivery of, you guessed it, more make-up for $42. I mean nobody needs that much make up. I tried to cancel the auto delivery once and then realized they were still charging so when I talked with them online he got all snippy with me and said he needed to remind me it was my auto delivery. I said well you need to reimburse me then because I cancelled auto deliveries about a month and a half ago. He said well can I ask why and I said because I don't need that much make up and it's to expensive. Then he tried to give me another deal and I said the last time I cancelled this stupid thing they tried to give me another deal. I was like NO I do NOT want it. I mean I feel like they just see how much more money they can scam out of you before you notice. Not worth the money and not worth the headache! Stay Clear of these scammers!

Ordered the Luminess Breeze system for what I thought was an introductory price. What they don't tell you is you'll be billed that introductory price every month for 4 months! I was billed $74.00 a month for 4 months. The Liminess Breeze system actually costs $280 plus the auto-shipments of makeup are also billed in monthly installments of $54 each. When I inquired why I was being billed every month when I'd only received one shipment I was advises the monthly $54 fee was the cost per bottle! In other words you're paying $54 a month for foundation.
As for the makeup itself, yes it covers but the people on the commercials have tiny flaws they are trying to conceal. Real people have to use much more than the 3 - 5 drops advertised to actually get an even skin tone. True, the makeup looks pretty good and I guess worth the money if you can afford to spend $55 a month on foundation? The top brand powder foundations cover just as nice and look just as natural, is much less expensive and lasts a very long time.
When you try to cancel the auto-shipments they will offer to charge only $20 per bottle of foundation plus tell you about their app where you can download coupons for discounts. Nice they wait until you want to cancel before they tell you about the app and discounts. Just beware of the true costs of the system and foundation before you commit to purchasing this system.

I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me an huge fee to cancel so I am stuck. Forget it if you wear glasses because the makeup comes right off onto your glasses and leaves the imprint on your face and you can't fix it because it's a spray. Very messy and horrible customer service.

Save your money. Tiny make up bottles that cost $70 to refill. Do not do it. Do not upgrade. Do not waste your time. You may get refunded if you return with in the 30 days since they mail it out but dont trust that either. It will cost you an additional $12 just to mail it back as that is not covered. It will cost you $300 if you decide to keep the system. I tried it, and to be honest with you, I prefer IL Makiage high quality far better product you can count on and totally flawless for far less money.
Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. They match your skin tone for you too.

I tried to return this item and they made it impossible to do so. Even after they told me that I can and that they could send me a prepaid shipping label. When I tried to authorize the shipping label they said that it is not possible. I am getting charged over US$ 185.00 to return this itwm to them. Don't but from them. It is a scam. And even after trying the item it made my skin look all cakey, lumpy and rough. I am so dissappointed with this company.

I purchased this product for my wife as a present and when it arrived it was not what I expected. I never opened the product and returned it using the include RMA and paid a fee. The company never refunded me for the product. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Luminess sent a letter restating that they were entitled to the charge even though it was returned to them. They lied! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Almost impossible to cancel auto ship. If you try to cancel before last installment so they will not ship any more product they raise price of unit by $60. Then they try to force you to pay final installment immediately or you can't cancel. Unit is bulky and uses twice as much product as the original air brush. First unit I received was used and quit charging after 30 days. Dissatisfied is mild for my association with this company.
The airbrush clogs after each use. I also never received the 3 gifts with purchase (blush, lip gloss, eye shadows). I've written to Luminess about this issue and also asked how to exchange the foundation that doesn't match for more of the color that does match, and each time they just blow me off with some answer that doesn't appear like they even read my questions. Waste of money.
I ordered the luminess 1time and they were taking money out of my account every month since last year so I cancelled last year so they were still taking $42.00 out of my account every month until april 2022 and I ask my bank about they said I signed a contract which I did not and now they say they can't refund my money back because their is a accusation my credit card I said they are because they took money out of my account illegally without my permission.
Scam and a gimmick. The company sends auto deliveries which you then need to return! Inconvenient when you're disabled! Cancel it and you still owe lots of money per the "Agreement" from trying the product. Plus not worth the money… not that great! :/
Beware when you signup for the free trial. Their ads do not adequately provide a clear understanding of all that is involved in this purchase and how much it will cost you in the end. The term "free trial" should be taken lightly because nothing is free with Luminess.
