The online order was simple and easy! This is my second time ordering on line but and yes there is a butt! My last order was perfect and this order i sid not like the smell of the make-up and it was only half full! Very disappointing

I ordered the breeze system because I had the other one. The stylus finally died and I ordered a new one. I loved it. It worked for less than a month and then quit working. There was a red light that keeps coming on and it won't reset. I contacted the company who told me that my warranty was out. Yeah right... when I proved it wasn't out, they told me there was a hold on the money and I had to call te bank to fix. Ok... no hold on the first payment of 71.49. It came out 3 days after they submitted it on the 9th. I have been fighting with them who refuse to replace a machine I bought. They told me they wouldn't charge me anything more. Not the point I wanted the machine to replace the one I had. Their customer service sucks. DO NOT BUY THIS AS THEY REFUSE TO FIX/REPLACE IT.

Quick and easy. Haven't tried eye products yet. Foundation is a little light on me and shiny. Maybe I could change it for some matte color?

The shade finder wasn't working in the app so it was hard to pick my color. It's a little dark but since it's summer and I'm tan it should work.

Items are shipped almost immediately, super fast arrival, makeup stays on all day, product is what you see on the site. I will never ever put on makeup any other way, I've been ruined for old fashioned sponges, tissues, etc... when putting on my face. I strongly recommend everyone get this system.

I bought into the getting this product on trial bases and it was NOT what they said it was. It did not go on smooth and it took alot more than 4 drops. So don't be fooled. Also, I called got a return label in August few days after I purchased it and they sent me a return label that I had to pay 10.77 cents for just to return there product and I took it to a UPS store that did mail also and they never gave me a tracking number. So because I didn't get a tracking number I could not recieve a refund. Even though they received there product back. So short story is they got 40 some dollars out of me and I have no product.

The customer service is the worst ever. I canceled my order immediately I placed the order and discovered that I was charged twice for the initial transaction. Instead of the advertised $20 or so $, another charge of $46 was made. They refused to cancel the order saying they have already shipped the product, not true because it was only a few hours with no tracking number. IPaypal was kind enough to get me my $46.26 back. They told me to call after receiving the product for the return process. When I did, they want me to resend the $46.26 to them first before sending me the code, without which they will not process my return.
