I've saw the airbrush system for years and always wanted it. So when the Breeze came out - I purchased it in payments.
While I was paying it off I decided to buy one of their "sale items". It's been months now that the system was paid off but I noticed money kept being taken from my account. So I called a couple months ago and said to STOP ALL PAYMENTS from coming from my account. The lady ASSured me nothing else would come out but guess what? TODAY... 46.00 came out. I was somewhat happy it wasn't the 56.00 that kept coming out almost bi-weekly AND the 46.00. I called them again TODAY. I was informed I was paying for my "sale item ". What the heck! I got something back in February and am still paying for it! I just wanted to try the product (which I didn't like.) Again - I told the man on the phone to cancel all money from being drawn from my account. "Oh yes ma'am. You were just paying for what you purchased. " I ALREADY paid for it 10X over. I was nice but Blunt. WHY? I understand the small writing but I do not understand why anyone would agree to KNOWINGLY pay for a product that they will pay for in 3 months. It was "on sale! "
Just don't do it. No makeup in the world is worth having these people STEAL from your hard earned money. As for their 5 Star APP... It doesn't do anything but eat up space on your phone. I even deleted and uploaded twice! Ha!

I purchased Luminess product in October 2021. My first payment was $62.43 US and then I had 3 more installments of $59.99 US. I was billed $80.84 US. When I enquired as yo the over billing, they replied with, well you are billed 3 installments of $69.99 US please see attached breakdown. It clearly shows $80.84 US. I then sent them a copy of my original invoice showing it states $59.99 US per month. They then sent me a revised invoice on April 15,2022, identical to my original invoice, but had clearly changed the 3 monthly installments to $69.99 US. I believe changing an invoice 5 months after the deal was made is highly illegal, not to mention unethical.

Then I also questioned why I had been billed in January and February for my auto refills that are only to come in Decmber 2021, March 2022 and June 2022. I was billed for my December auto ship and my March one when I actually received product, why was I billed in January and February for no product ordered or received? So far, no answers and no refund back to my credit card. I have asked for my auto delivery to be canceled but I guarantee it won't be and I'll be billed in April and May for no auto delivery ordered and then again in June 2021 when my next one should actually arrive.

It is clear on their summary that they have overbilled on thec3 monthly payments and for two auto deliveries that were not ordered, expected or delivered. They are shisters. Do not order from them, do not give your credit card info to them and believe the awful reviews they've gotten, they are true. I have all paperwork and back up documents to prove everything. What an unethical, immoral, dishonest company. They should not be in business, they should be shut down.

Caution, they will up charge you without any explanation. I have my confirmation with installment amount, they doubled charge with no explanation! Nightmare!

I paid for the machine (multiple payments.) It is great but the refuse to stop sending unordered products and charging. I have called 12 times, after 10 minutes hold they hang up. I have gone on line and marked NOT to send unauthorized product. They do not call back. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company, every web site I can find and the better business bureau. This is a scam you cannot escape!

The product broke after a week. Then they tried to get me to pay over $100 to cancel my shipments of makeup. Makeup that is no good without the airbrush. DO NOT ORDER.

Thought I was getting a "sale" price, but that only led to an auto subscription of monthly shipments I don't want. Called customer service to resolve the issue with ZERO resolution other than to be tpld my shipment would be canceled but I would still be charged a lower monthly fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor, that didn't happen, instead the rep hung up on me. Extremely frustrating, very poor service after the sale. Love the their products, but not sure I'll ever buy again.

I have used Luminess for 6 years now. Ordered the Breeze system a couple months ago. Used it 3 times, the 4th time it would not work, only sprays air. I have cleaned system after each use properly & it's just not a good product. The original system I got 6 yrs ago still works fantastically!

Worst company! Cannot cancel! They don't answer phones! Tell you to wait 72 hours! If you miss their call... oh well. Look forward to a new free trial without an option to cancel because they won't let you cancel. You cannot send an email... you cannot talk to a rep because they are "overworked" and can't answer! Terrible! Go to walgreens and buy make-up... it's not worth the stress of all the time if you want to cancel!

Wow, the range of colours is huge. It's so big that it's sometimes hard to make the right choice. And the products are very good.

I received my first order and wanted to cancel auto-ship, called, tried to chat, emailed. It should not be this hard. App or website does not allow you to manage orders. I just sent another email. Hopefully I can return to this page and give them 5 stars soon

I've owned both the original Luminess airbrush system and the Breeze system. Both can give you full coverage and all day wear. I recently tried LaMakiage liquid foundation (applied with a brush) to Luminess (airbrush) to compare.

LaMakiage color matching is spot on, I have never been able to find the right shade from a online questionnaire the first time if ever! Luminess shades are on the orange side and typically you have to mix shades to get a good match to your skintone, this can take some doing and a while to get it right.

LaMakiage coverage is light but covers blemishes and dark spots very well. It also doesn't have that cakey feeling at all. Great for aging skin.
Luminess has buildable coverage and does cover but still appears and feels a bit cakey. Possibly due to the orange tones. It doesn't do as well as advertised for aging skin.

LaMakiage sells for about $50 which is a good month to two supply. Luminess systems cost about $300 and the monthly make-up vials can range from $25-$55 each (keep in mind that the concealer, "Glow" and others are in addition to the foundation vials.)

It takes only seconds to apply LaMakiage where the Luminess (depending on how many layers you use) takes about 10 minutes to get one completed application. Plus you then have to clean the unit.

LaMakiage has all day wear, but as for the true evidence - when you take off your make-up at the end of the day Luminess is the winner in this area... and the make up remover cloth is evidence to that!
Being a Texas resident - I like to have the Luminess system at my disposal if I know I'll be out all day in humid weather and want to really have a more make up look.
But I have to say that LaMakiage is my favorite. The way it feels, price and color matching is definitely a winner!
Both give you a trial period. Luminess give you a 30 day trial for $19.95 and once you have the unit the customer service is pretty good. If you request a return the customer service is less than great but is still ok. You pay to return the product.
LaMakiage gives you 30 days to try their full bottle of foundation and pays for return if you do not like it. Great customer service all the way around.

I'm only giving this company a one star rating, only so I can get my comment out. This company does not even deserve a one star rating! This corporation that states they are five star corporation, is an effing joke!

They take your money, they don't send the product. Weeks and months later when they send the product after you've called the customer service several times to say I don't want it… They still send it, and tell you if you're responsible to go and return it. I returned it! The same day I received it! Did not even open the box! Yet! They still kept the charges on my Discover card. And then after this purchase was in December and after I had canceled in December, they still billed me in January!. I have been dealing with this company for going on one month, And yet they still have denied my refund! They are thieves! And they are liars! I would never ever ever trust this company, the customer service is a joke custom, it got to the point now after so many emails that I sent to them, I am now receiving emails from Luminess stating that I have been rejected from their email correspondence! Apparently they don't wanna deal with them anymore… They want to keep my money, and brush me under the rug. Never ever ever trust this company! I've already submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau

While visiting me from Europe, my niece requested to use my credit card to make a purchase on line for Luminess Breeze. When she returned to Europe the next day Sunday, I received an email from Luminess confirming the order. When I tried to call this company on Monday, I was cut off several times. It wasn't until I saw the 283 BBB Complaints that Luminess have received, that I became concerned. As a result, I tried and spoke with someone at Luminess on Tuesday, to cancel my order. When I had a problem communicating with this person, especially after trying to cancel my order, I sent Luminess several emails to confirm my cancellation and what my intentions were. I never received a response. I then notified my credit card company and filed a dispute. I have also filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. I am still waiting for my money to be credited back to my credit card. They have lost my trust and respect. Beware of doing business with this company!

First the order took weeks to arrive, got delivered to a neighbor but that's not the company's fault. I used it two times (I had the first airbrush model before so I knew how to use it), seemed like it was working really well then the third attempt, after fully recharging it, it would stay on about 2 seconds then blink red and stop. Nothing worked and now it just does not work at all. Nice product.

After reading reviews of others I will NOT be ordering this product. Old, dated, not in tune with current product and needs. No thanks. Unless I am an uneducated person there is no reason to order this product.

Don't do business with these people, won't refund ur money, I personally have affidavit with texas attorney General for decective practices, please women, read their pitiful reviews, steer clear of this company. Now going under "breeze". Hundreds of woman have complaints filed with bbb and beyond!
