I called to cancel my 14 day trial because the color didn't match my skin and the representative went above and beyond to make sure I didn't get charged for it.
It's watery, it doesn't cover my face well. When it dries, it's caked and clogs my pores.

I purchased the airbrush unit and it was so complex I decided not to try it I called for a shipping return label and was told that I would have to print it and take it to the post office I'm wheelchair-bound I have to find an Uber that is compatible for me in the first place go to a printing place get out of the car go and have a return label printed get back in the car go to the Post Office get out of the car give it to the postal people get back in the car and come back home by that time I'm mentally and physically exhausted as it has been an arduous Journey for me and we'll have to take a 3-hour nap the option of even mailing me a shipping label was not feasible and a timeline was given in which to return it if I wanted my refund otherwise I was threatened with having to pay for the rest of the payments for the device and monthly Foundation obviously they're not well versed in the American Disabilities Act and will make no Provisions for people with disabilities but have no problem sucking your money out of your account so in a nutshell I'll have to pay damn near half of the original down payment just to give it back never again and the sad part was I was going to order the regular makeup brush with the primer and the foundation but I'm so disgusted at this point I don't even want to chance it

I will be returning products. The sprayer did not work as described and the amount of foundation needed to cover my face was far greater than advertised. Results were blotchy and disappointing.

The match is perfect. It's very light and goes on smooth. The primer smells a little funny and it broke me out the first time I used it. But other than that it's a great product.

The make-up is not what they make it out to be I sent a cancelation email & i still have not heard back and that is upsetting because i don't want to be charged for something that dis not look good on my face at all not even a little bit. That makeup does not go on as it does in the video's with all the models i guess that's fake or to good to be true. I am not choosing any stars. It's not letting me submit withiout choosing any stars.
