I want this CANCELLED immediately! I just received my order this past Saturday 4/14/24, however, you have charged my card 4xs! You advertised that I would have a 14 day FREE trial period that would start AFTER I received the product. THAT IS A LIE! YOU CHARGED ME 3XS BEFORE I RECEIVED IT!

I ordered a color based on the models, some video testimonials I saw from women with similar skin tones and did the color match questions. I am an African American women in my 50"s. Fortunately I got it right. I was skeptical when I first used it because I have sensitive skin that will react right away, but so far I have used it twice for church and a wedding. It went on smoothly, and its really light, blended well and made my skin look so bright and smooth. I got several compliments about how pretty my skin looked and think the Luminess had something to do with that. I will say that it seems to come off easily and I was a little shiny at times but a pat with blotter did the job, so perhaps I used a little too much. Will use a little less next time and add my finishing spray the next time I wear it. So far I really like it, no outbreak or itching and glad I made the choice to try it. I may have to go one slight shade darker when the summer comes since I tan a bit.

It sent an order of makeup eraser or whatever it's called and I did not order it. Also it took longer than expected to receive it. I would like to return the makeup eraser.

I was able to cancel my subscription with no problem.

The delivery was very late and confusing. I had a huge problem with my account. The product is absolutely wonderful. I'll order it as needed.

This is my second time ordering this makeup and I absolutely love it. My makeup has never looked so flawless. I am definitely sold. I will be re-ordering my makeup when I get low.

Honestly I hate trying to shade pick without being able to swatch…but amazing first try was the winner! It's my exact shade…Im a super sweaty person and very oily…and have a pretty decent skin care regime that I follow so I worry that I'm either a. Going to sweat it off in an hour b. It's going to get patchy bc I'm so oily/sweaty or c. My skincare products won't jive with the foundation formula…but I can honestly say this was a def win! It's nicely buildable…I like a solid medium coverage…I just want it to take the redness away from my rosacea and even out my complexion without cracking or caking or feeling heavy or greasy….it feels nice once it dries down.:it does take a little to dry down…I haven't used without some sort of primer (their primer is good too!) and I also use their setting spray along with a sunscreen setting spray as well…but I found It dries down much quicker with the sunscreen setting spray…the brush is nice! I've actually always planned to buy this sort of brush but never remember when I'm buying new brushes…but! I've fallen asleep in this makeup and woken up and still looked amazing! I've only been using this now for like 10 days but so far…I must say.I will for sure be a repeat customer! Love this stuff!

I love it! It feels so light and last all day. I will definitely purchase this again.
