I did not receive my product until the 15 day trial was almost expired. I chose medium coverage but doesn't do anything to hide wrinkles and fine lines. I would say it's about like any other makeup just more expensive.

The ordering process was easy but the products were on backorder. I also had to contact the company because the money was being taken out of my account and I had not received the product yet, much less been through the 14 day trial period.

My overall experience with the site was good but they matched me with the wrong shade. And the 14-day trial from the time that they ship it off I think is so unnecessary because you should wait until the customer says they received it before the 14-day trial starts because by the time it gets here and like mine is an unmatched I have to send it back. PRO: The product came quickly. I did order try before you buy, so I need to get ahold of the company, because the color is wrong for me. Con: It is hard not to get overspray and had it all over my sink.
Hi Madonna, Thank you for your feedback! We do our best to make our products as efficient as possible! Keep in mind, the Spray Silk Foundation has the foundation come out in a micro-droplet mist! So if there is a little over spray, not much is being lost! 😉 Even so, with practice and proper technique, you can most certainly have all the spray land on the brush!

I was unable to obtain the color foundation I wanted and settled for the light fair. It went on smoothly but did not cover flaws and wrinkles on my face. Also was not really moist enough as my face looked somewhat dry after applying. Can Also purchased the medium tan to cover freckles on my chest and arms. Didn't even come close to covering anything. Just made the skin darker. I get a refund?

It took a very long time to receive the product. The brush is awful. The bristles come out all over your face. The product is extremely thin so you have to use a lot to cover.
It goes on very smooth and dries fast and lasts all day.
