These lights are awful They do not work. Unfortunately I did not return within the 90 days. Now I know why its so limited. Buyers Beware!
I bought 3 LiminaBright solar lights in December 2020.
One light worked for about a week and then went dead.
The other 2 lights never worked.
I purchased 6 lights in March 2019, installed three of them on the eaves of my house at the end of April 2019 after "charging them in the sunlight" and they worked for 1 night only. The second night they quit working. I subsequently contacted the Support Center three times, speaking to three different customer representatives of which the first two phone reps obviously knew nothing about the product -- telling me that "the Chinese-made lithium battery could be replaced with a AA battery at Walmart" or that I "needed to clean the dust from the battery connection by removing the screw behind the light" (actually, the battery is located behind the solar panel and there are 4 screws.) The third person simply emailed me a set of photo diagrams/instructions to answer the question "Lumina LED normally works for several days and then it stops working, how to fix?" Obviously, Lumina Bright continues to sell a product with known defects and no remedy. By misrepresenting the goods, the seller is liable for triple damages in tort for deceit.
After returning the 6 lights (for which I spent $193 as well another $30 in return postage) and requesting a refund, the Company offered to pay me 50% of my original cost excluding shipping.
This is a SCAM! Don't be fooled like the rest of us!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We redid the exterior of our house so we wanted to light it up. We needed about 30 lights but being a cautious tightwad we ordered 10 for starts. They worked beautifully--at least for 3-4 day, we liked them enough that we ordered an additional 20. BUT, before the second order arrived the first 10 started to fail, 2 were inop, then the next night another, then 2 nights later another 2. I emailed customer service they asked me to remove battery, clean both ends and reassemble, sure enough they worked but only fpr a few days them they quit again.
They did offer to reimburse 65% of purchase-they wouldn't pay freight if I sent them all back! I took the 65% but largely out of frustration and need to move on! I am getting pretty good at disassemble/reassemble. I even tried dielectric grease which seams to help a little.
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY! Any suggestions on where to find good landscaping lights? Home depot? Lowes? Others?
ORDERED 20 LIGHTS AND UPON ARRIVAL ONLY TWO WORKED. THAT WAS SHORT LIVED, AFTER TWO DAYS THEY QUIT. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID WIPE OFF THE BATTERY. THIS DOES NOT WORK, DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. STILL WAITING FOR REPLY FROM COMPANY.
Purchased 8, only 2 worked. Was told to take out the battery and wipe them off. Unable to open the area for the battery screw was stripped. Customer Service was difficult to work with and understand. Very unsatisfied! 90 days was over on the 29th of July. They have NEVER WORKED SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM! They should make this right
I ordered 5 WARM WHITE solar lights. I loathe cool white lights - just my preference. When I was ready to place order, I was offered an opportunity to add another light for a cheaper price. I declined the offer. However, as I left that page and moved on to check out, the system automatically defaulted my order to cool white, which is what I received. Of course, customer service told me their records showed that I had ordered cool white, even though I specifically ordered warm white but THEIR system defaulted back to cool white. I was told I could return for an exchange or a refund LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE, but since I HARD ORDERED COOL WHITE (which I most definitely did not order), the return shipping costs were my responsibility. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Bought 10. Tried 4, one after another, thinking I had just gotten a bad one. By that time LuminaBright said it was too late to return. Horrible piece of crap! Worked for about a week.
Ordered a pkg of 5. Only 1 worked, 2 were already broken & have since never got any satisfaction after returning them. Other 2 didn't work. Stay away from this product which was made in China.
I ordered the Lumina Bright solar yard lights five (5) weeks ago and have been completely happy with my purchase. This was the first purchase I have ever made online without ever reading the reviews before I ordered. I waited till after the purchase and then began reading all the negative reviews. Well, after reading the reviews and reading every complaint that after contacting LuminaBright. The customer was told to clean the battery contacts. After receiving the solar lights, I read the directions and installed my new outdoor lighting system in various areas of the yard and every light worked great for three (3) weeks. Then I had one that stopped working, then two, then three. So, I removed the four screws on the back of the solar plate, removed the battery only to find that a bed of ants had populated and accumulated white specs of food or it was their eggs because there were a bunch of tiny black ants inhibiting the battery connection with the contacts. Anyway, I removed any insects and/or debris, I gently cleaned the battery contacts and the light works as if it is brand new. Please guys, be a man! Don't be so dramatic about a minor defect in the product. A real man could have fixed the problems they are having instead of crying about the problems. #1 They don't make things as good as they use to and #2 Not too many products today are made in the great USA.(We voted to Make America Great Again So, Lets Keep America Great for as long as we can) This was probably an American company operated by an American and marketing and selling a foreign made product to provide for Him/Her self and their family.
My husband brought 20 of these lights, none worked, sadly he passed away shortly after the purchase, by the time I was capable of dealing with the problem it was too late to return the product.

Almost impossible to open 4 tiny screws without stripping them) wipe the battery off (on all 3 units) and they worked for two more days, and now NOTHING ONCE AGAIN! WAY TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO HAVE TO KEEP OPENING THESE UNITS EVERY FEW DAYS.

The Lights worked for 3 days and did not work again. The phone is disconnected when I tried to call. I also did not think to look at the reviews which were all bad.
I purchased 5 lights, only 2 of them worked from the date I received them. I changed the switch position on the other 3 - there is only an on or an off switch, thinking maybe it was not on but they never lit up.
Of the 2 lights that did work, those 2 only worked for a period of 2 weeks. The onset of the 3rd week of owning these lights, those 2 lights ceased to work as well.
So, I have 5 lights that I paid $159.95 and none work.
I purchased 5 from the. 99 cent store last year - costing me 5.00 plus tax that have worked at least 6-7 months. So you can see what junk this company is selling and then they will not credit full amount if they do let you return them.
I plan to let the better business know as well - there has to be something that can be done - companies should not be able to sell junk like this

I wish I could exchange the 2 lights that don't work because the 2 lights that do work are great. I tried emailing but upon reading reviews I would like some help... please help
DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS! I bought 10 and put just one out to see how they worked. Here's what I discovered. First, they do no illuminate anything like the promotional materials show. These photo's are doctored. The first light came on but was quite dim, so I put another one out. This light also worked but the illumination was still pretty faint. After a couple of days, I put two more lights out and they were all working. My wife and l left town for 5 days and when we returned, the first two lights had stopped working. The next day, the third light stopped and, finally, two days after that, the forth light stopped working. So, in less than two weeks, we experienced 100% failure rate. I called customer service and was counseled to take the lights apart and try to clean the battery contacts. WHAT? After two weeks I'm already having to take the things apart in an attempt to fix them? I told them I wanted to return them for a full refund and asked if they would send me a return label. They said they would not be sending the requested return label and I informed them that I would mention that in my review. This product is worthless and I wish I had read the previous reviews before making the purchase. It would have saved a lot of time and effort. STAY AWAY!
When I first got these light I thought they were the bomb and they were for a whole week, then they stop working, I notified the LuminaBrigh, they told me to clean the solor panel which was not durty. VERY UNHAPPY AND WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACE, that I would hope work. Paid 162.00 for JUNK
Answer: Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
