I ordered 5 (for about $150.00) and was excited when they came. One was working when they arrived but never again. The other 4 worked one night. Bought 3 of the spotlights. Worked about 3 months then no more. Emailed company to replace or refund. Told me only 9 day warranty so nothing they can do. Really? For the price I paid for these only 90 day warranty. Rip off... Do not waste your money! It is funny how their website has only 5 star positive reviews... I promise these are junk!
Purchased 5 lights and 2 do not work. Company is non-responsive! E-mails bounce back and phone number on my cc is not in service. Tracked down another number---on hold for over 30 minutes... still waiting!
I purchased 6 lights in May. After a few weeks, not a single light is working. I cleaned the panels and the battery terminals, yet still nothing. After calling customer service, I was given the runaround, so I am returning per their mailing instructions to get a full refund. I'll check back to let you know how that goes.
Bought three of these lights and only one worked. They sent two replacements that did not work. Call back again and they would not replace the replacement lights. Don't be fooled by the web page lights and customer service is TERRIBLE. THESE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS THEY STINK!

My light is missing parts. I got a phone number from my bank statement (no packing invoice or return info included). I was told it is not returnable and given an email to send a picture to customer service but the email came back as invalid. Customer service number now has recording that says no agents available to answer the call. What happened to all the glowing reviews on the internet- they are missing along with the facebook ad that I ordered off of. Would have given no stars if that was a choice
I bought 20 for a large garden and 3 days later, only 6 worked, now only 3 Total junk We had a light spring shower the day after they came then they just quit. This reflects on Amazon Prime. How can they let this happen to us.?
What a rip off this product is... i ordered 6. They offered me half my money back. So i agreed and now one week later 5 don't work. I have one working light... this company needs to be investigated for the scam they are... read the reviews!
I bought these in Feb or this year. Since it was winter, I did not put them out until Spring. They NEVER came on. I complained. I was told that there may be moisture in them. I cleaned them as instructed but still no lights. And now they tell me that the warranty has expired [90 days] Please do NOT waste your money.
I bought 4 of these solar lights. When received, only one of them worked. I have tried everything with the other three to no avail. Terrible instructions in case something is wrong.
Terrible communication when trying to talk to someone about this. I am putting them back in the mail today. I would advise, if you are looking at reviews all of these, including mine should be a warning for you.
I thought maybe I had a unique experience, but having read these reviews, I am just another caught in the scam. I am not sure how they got by Amazon's QC process. Oh that's right, there isn't one. Wow what a waste.
This was the worse $300 I have spent in a long time. I received 10 lights and only 2 work. They will not send a return shipping label. You have to mail them back at your own expense and good look with a credit... they told me a replacement but I want my money back.
Wish I read reviews first. Lesson learned. I have 6 of these. 2 worked here and there. Took the batteries out and wiped connections as they said. 4 of them still not working. Don't buy these.
I felt these may have merit as they were advertised on a reputable web site. Was I WRONG. These lights are total CRAP. Not worth the time to open up and set up let alone have in my yard. Total garbage. They offered the 65% discount, when 100% do not work at all why would I leave this garbage in my yard. Stupid offer and worthless lights. Stay away, don't waste your time and I wish I would have seen these comments sooner. :(( (
I ordered 5 of these lights on May 20 and just placed them in my yard about a week ago. Anyway, only one was working after 2 days! I have read several of others reviews today, and feel stupid that I did not read them prior to ordering. Anyway, I am writing to the Ohio Attorney General and filing Internet Fraud on them if I do not get a full refund, and suggest everyone write as well.
Well I ordered 5 and 1 broke in half when I put it in the ground. The other 3 didn't work in a few days. I was told to unscrew the unit and clean the battery. I just had them a week.
It has been way pass the 90 day period for me to return or to get my $176.10 back, so don't purchase these. Horrible!
I ordered 4 Lumina Bright Cool White Solar Powered lights. Three of the four worked when I received them. The one that didn't work I found the wires for the LED lights were not soldered to the circuit board. They worked for one day and quit... they will not recharge. Emailing the company is a total waste of time... plus there is no place to return them and get your money back... these are junk and they know it... they are just steeling our money.
I received my package of 20 lights and 5 do not work. I sent an email to their support address and received a reply back that in order to get a replacement I will need to mail back the faulty lights at my own expense per their policy. I advised they can't mail out faulty items and then require the consumer to pay for the costs associated with the exchange. They sent a second email advising this is their policy.
These people are complete idiots!
Purchased 6 of the worthless lights. One works. I have tried everything to try to get them to work. Nothing helped. I was amazed that there is no contact information sent with the product. I will not send them back for replacement. What will I do with another 5 defective lights. Oh I know, put them in the GARBAGE because that's what they are.
Answer: Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
