STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY from this company.

The product they ship is complete garbage! Lightweight plastic, low grade electronics used in the manufacturing.

I purchased 10 of these light and with-in 3 days a few became defective and didn't work. After a week all are defective (lights not working at all) and screws rusting / condensation under lens from water penetration. Now company even though they say no hassle returns on their website are giving me a problem with return and not wanting to refund full amount of purchase price because original packaging is no longer available. Credit card company has been notified and disputing this charge.

Also you can purchase similar on Amazon for 1/2 price (not that I would purchase these either as they are likely of the same poor quality).

I bought a solar light in hope I would receive it within two weeks. Six weeks later I am still waiting... after numerous letters I am still awaiting a reasonable answer "they'll check" with the delivery people DPD, still waiting to hear.
I believe this company is a scam and they should be banned from advertising on social media.
Why do I have to give star rating. My rating is *******

Nothing but a scam.

I should have been suspicious when the OutdoorBright.com page came up there is no company address or phone #. Site is not interactive so you can not give a rating. They can put what ever they want and means nothing. Lastly, you have to pay for shipping to return your defective product. We ordered 3 lights and none of them worked morn than 3 days. Oh yes, they make an offer if I didn't want to shipped the defective product back they would credit back 60% of the purchase price, Stay away from this company.

PURE JUNK

My wife spent 334.27 Feb 2019. We could never keep any of them working. You could take out the battery, put it back in and they would work for a few days and stop, then repeat the procedure. Tried returning them for new ones. Return was a nightmare, had to chase them and prove they had the return before getting new ones. New ones had the same problem. All of them are at the town dump- pure junk. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE

Do not bother wasting your money on these solar lights, I bought 3 and only 1 is working. I purchase these in winter and only put them out in the garden on first day of spring - no refund as past 90 day guarantee.

Dont buy them

I bought 10 of them and they might has last 10 days. I called the company and asked for replacements and they said ok and never sent. I live in Florida and sunshine is not the issue

I have since gone back to low voltage electric and very happy.

Waste of Money
October 1, 2022

I purchased two new lights. Neither of them work. I looked up the manual online and they mention taking apart the light to see if the wires are connected. First, I shouldn't have to do that on a new purchase. Secondly, I don't have that small of a screw driver to open it. I don't advise buying this product. They should be held responsible for their product.

After placing my order on 2/7, I find myself emailing them on 2/15 asking when it will arrive. It did not arrive until 2/20. Within the month one light stopped working and a few days later another stopped working. I was instructed to ship them back (which you must pay for) and they will replace both. Shipped both back on 3/19. On 3/29 they informed me that this item was out of stock and once available will ship. Emailed them requesting status on 4/3,4/12,4/17,4/24. Each time they emailed me back stating they were out of stock of this item. On 4/25 they finally sent me an email with a tracking number for the replacement lights. So, after paying about $140.00 ($121 total cost after shipping + 16.00 to pay for shipping defective lights back, I went two months without having the option of using the total package of the lights that was ordered. On 5/17 I find myself writing back to this company reporting that the two lights that was shipped have stopped working. Their response to me was the same. Pay for shipping them back and we will ship your replacements but this time they included the following:

Shipping the item/s back can cost anywhere from $8-$18 depending on your location and how many items you are trying to return. To me this is insulting as a customer if they think I am going to keep shipping defective products back to them. In total I have received 5 lights and only one is working. I don't have any confidents that if they ship replacement lights they will stop working as well.

I do not recommend purchasing any products from this company and will persuade anyone thinking about purchasing not to do so. I have already warned my neighbors of my experience and hope anyone reading this review will think twice about doing business with them.

If you don't believe me, just go to www.luminaBright.com and see the reviews. All of them are consistent with my review. Frankly, I don't see how a company like this stays in business. It is obvious the management of this company does not care about their customers or even read the reviews posted on their own website.

Junk Don't Buy

I purchased 5 of these in January of 2019. I put them out in April of 2019 and was opening them up daily to to pull the battery out and put it back in so the lights would come on daily. Awful! Don't purchase. CRAP product! Customer service is no better. I still have the lights sitting in my garage!

I spent over $162+ for these supposed great lights! In my finding, they are absolutely terrible. I ordered them in December (winter) and put them out maybe in January or February. I kept waiting for the sun to make them provide solar power... and to date, May 26,2020, they still DON'T WORK! I called and asked to return the lights for a refund and they told me it was past the 90 days. I tried to explain that COVID-19 had everything locked down and we're finally getting back out. The lady apologized again, but said there was NOTHING they could do. I would not recommend these lights to anyone. Please do not waste your time and especially your money. I wouldn't give them one star unless it won't allow me to do so while putting in my review. I am now OUT of this money and tell all who will listen, this product SUCKS!

Total Garbage AND A SCAM!

These lights are total garbage and nothing but a scam... I ordered and received 6 lights and only 1 worked, albeit very dim... I emailed them to let them know I wanted to return them and they offered me 65% refund and I could keep the lights as a gift (What? Keep the lights that DONT WORK!) These are the worst lights on the market and a total waste of time... STAY AWAY!

We live in Minnesota and ordered our lights in Dec 2020 when there was still snow on the ground and frozen ground. We JUST put them up in May only to find out that only 4 of the 9 WORKED. Contacted the company and they said, "Sorry, over 90 day return policy." We just wanted replacements for products that DO NOT WORK. SO - Try them immediately or get stuck with broken products. We will not be ordering from them again

Terrible company.

I purchased 5 of these lumina bright solar lights for approximately $200.00. Save your money or purchase this type of solar lights from Amazon Home Depot or Lowes. My purchase stopped working within 20 days and this company doesn't stand behind their products. Bad company and return policy. This is why they say buy American

These lights worked for ONLY ONE NIGHT. When I contacted customer service, they suggested that I remove the battery and clean the contacts. I could not even open the battery compartment. When I finally reached a human being at Lumina, the person was unable to communicate with me other to read a manual in barely intelligible English. She suggested that I return the lights at my cost. However, Lumina refuses to issue a refund unless all of the original packaging is still intact. They then offer a 50% refund and let you keep the crappy lights. Stay away from this lousy product with no customer support.

First received the wrong color lights, customer service won't even respond. Plus 4 out of the 6 lights doesn't work. I will be telling everyone all over social media do not buy this trash. It is a scam.

I bought the light from lumina light and it only work one day.
And it's impossible to get your money back.
Don't buy anything from them.
Also there is no phone number or customer service where you can get in touch with.
I hope they go out of business soon

After the ad popped up on Facebook about these "super bright solar lights" I ordered 5 lights. They were received two weeks later, in flimsy boxes in a plastic bag, with no protective packing such as bubble wrap. Three of the 5 lights never worked, the other 2 lights come on occasionally but are not the super bright lights that were advertised. I emailed customer service for return instructions and they replied that I have to return at my own expense, which can be expensive, and will take 3 weeks or more to receive a refund. They offered an immediate 65% refund if I don't return the lights! That amounts to paying $58 for junk! What a scam! I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope to receive a full refund.

When I saw ad with many great reviews and pictures showing lights with 7 bulbs, I looked around for some other reviews. Didn't find any but seems others like me experienced the same thing. Claim of 90 day returns but No packing list, phone number goes to recording with no chance to leave message. Product worked for 1 day. Clearly not a reputable business.

Scam

Bought 3 lights, after 2 nights, 1 stopped working, 2 days later another stopped working. At $40 a piece I expected better. Customer service - non existent and when finally contacted are completely useless. DON'T BUY... EVER!

Rip Off

Purchased 6 - 4 worked for one day - the other two went out a couple days later. I had to pay to return them - they say that is in their return policy which is impossible to find, I called my credit card company immediately and it is being investigated. Wish I'd done my homework before I ordered these horrible lights.
