Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from LuminaBright staff and previous consumers.
Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
Same thing with me. I bought three, and after working two or three times now dead as a doornail with no sign of being revived. Apparently they are nothing but useless crap, and a way to steal people's money. Really makes me wonder if I should ever order anything off the internet again. Harold.
No. We had issues with their web site... had to try several times. We wanted the Warm white and in all the attempts to order, the one that went through we forgot to indicate warm versus cool (go figure, right). Within 30 seconds of the order being placed I sent an "Urgent" email to customer service, but was told they cannot stop any orders. They suggested I re order (nice scam), and when the wrong order arrives, send it back (at my cost). Total scam artists and thieves.
