Thanks to this website I will be able to let people know about this money making company who has no compassion for the elderly and does nothing but scam them. This company sells chairlifts but they refuse to take them back. They will inform you that they can give you a number for another company who will buy it back from you Paid 15,000 for a lift my mother purchased - installed on Sunday and on Tuesday ended up in the hospital and died that Friday. Calling this company was the last thing on our mind at the time, I did call them within the 3 days but was never able to get a hold of anyone. She was able to try the lift out when it was installed 1 time up the stairs and was never used again. I now have a stairlift that it being stored at my home since the company would not take it back. Their ad states something to the affect that every 5 minutes or so their company installs a chair lift but get one returned! - no way once the tract has been installed - you own it! Don't let them tell you otherwise. Shop around and be very certain if you must buy - there are other companies out there that their return policy is up to one month. Their customer service stinks - and how ironic I got a call from them 1 year after the fact - they wanted to know my opinion of their product and that was the first time I was able to really talk to someone about this issue - they did have a manager call me back but we kept missing one another and what was he going to do but tell me he was sorry that I felt the way I did - that would not get the 15,000.00 back for their product which was never used.

I purchased 5 lights, only 2 of them worked from the date I received them. I changed the switch position on the other 3 - there is only an on or an off switch, thinking maybe it was not on but they never lit up.

Of the 2 lights that did work, those 2 only worked for a period of 2 weeks. The onset of the 3rd week of owning these lights, those 2 lights ceased to work as well.

So, I have 5 lights that I paid $159.95 and none work.

I purchased 5 from the. 99 cent store last year - costing me 5.00 plus tax that have worked at least 6-7 months. So you can see what junk this company is selling and then they will not credit full amount if they do let you return them.

I plan to let the better business know as well - there has to be something that can be done - companies should not be able to sell junk like this

$159.00 for lights that only work for 2 weeks is highway robbery. When I ordered these - I think this company was just starting - I did not see all the negative comments then that are posted now.\

This company is selling JUNK MERCHANDISE - DO NOT BUY IT
