Don't ever buy from Lulugal! This is the worst of my online purchases. I just can't believe how bad it is when I received the dress. The material is so cheap and the size is way too small for an adult. I requested to return it, but the shipping to China costs more than my dress so I ended up keeping a piece of junk. Again, don't order anything from them.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! The shirt I ordered took forever to arrive. It is way to small & the material is so cheap. It looks like they made the sleeves too short, so they just added about 4 more inches, with the seam on the outside. No response to my many emails. Going to contact my credit card company to get my money back.

Future purchases

I am reading online reviews regarding customers purchases and every complaint ends with items are made of poor quality and to not buy anything from this company. Is this still true or have you upgraded to a better quality of clothing. I have seen some beautiful dresses but I don't want to purchase if I am going to have problems and have no way of talking to customer service.

Unfortunately I read these reviews after my purchase. I ordered a dress from their website and they sent me a top made from shoddy cheap fabric - clearly a cheap Chinese rip off of the one in the picture. When I contacted Lulugal I was instantly told it would be too expensive to ship back and was offered a 30% refund. Numerous emails back and forth showed me they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I eventually escalated it to paypal and guess what?... I'm not covered there either! Paypal won't refund my money unless I ship the item back at my expense using a service that provides online tracking - this would cost more than the item originally cost. I feel well and truly ripped off by this company and by paypal. I'm not sure how they are allowed to get away with this!

I am a believer

I ordered 3 sweaters from Lulugal in early December. I received notification of order, and then notice it was being shipped, cut I did not know it was coming from China. I did follow up on the links given and that is when I really became concerned. No replies, shipment was held up in customs etc. I then went on and read the reviews, well my heart stopped and reading the refund, policy I knew I had made a poor decision. Well the sweaters came late last night, December 24th and they look great. Quality is good, colors good. I am not unaware that if the items don't fit, I am sure there will be no way of returning items, but that is okay. Monte again thank you Lulugal for making me a believer.

I spent $150.00 on Lulugal items and ended up with a $150.00 top.
All of the clothes were cheaply made, with dreadful fabrics and they WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING! At one point, they wanted me to purchase MORE clothing and they would give me a coupon so I could buy more of their horrible products.
I gave you one Star too many.
I would like to know why Pinterest continues to support these companies (LuLugal, LiLigal and NEWCHIC, and the other sleazy companies. I will not purchase anything on Pinterest.

Do not order from this company... they are so very bogus. They are thieves in every sense of the word. If you make the choice to buy from them - at least pay by using PayPal. They will at least back you up payment wise (somewhat - it's a lengthy, complicated process) - otherwise - you will have absolutely NO recourse with this company - they do not give refunds - only store credit - with me - after not receiving a shipment I had ordered 6 weeks prior - the promised to resend it - never got that shipment either..."why" would I ever settle for a store credit? Will NEVER shop with these crooks again - hell no...

It is a scam. I ordered a dress over a month ago and keep getting excuses from them about why I did not receive it. The tracking information they give you reads the same every time, basically the shipment was prepared, but obviously never shipped. They don't offer any refunds and just keep emailing their lies and excuses. I have reported them to econsumer.gov, which anyone that has experienced the same as me, should report them because with enough reports we can stop them and shut them down. I can say goodbye to my money, because I will never get it back.

I ordered two items, a little over $50US delivered. The "plus size" swim suit had cups that would not even fit a child's baby doll, and the quality of the long jacket I ordered looked like it was ready for the rag bag out of the package. I wanted to return, they offered to put 20% in store credit in my account. Well, that's crap, so I told them I wanted to return. They said they would refund me 60%, and that 40% was for handling. Absolutely horrible business practices, though, I must say, they are very polite. But they still suck.

Don't waste your money

I really wish I would've read the reviews first. It took a month to get my order and I'm not sure who these clothes are designed to fit. Perhaps an alien. I'm typically a size large, so I ordered an XL shirt to be on the safe side and boobs wouldn't fit in it to save my life. Such cheap quality too. It arrived with a seam completely torn. I ordered swim bottoms as well and I think that was made to fit a triangle. Tiny waistband, giant leg holes. Looks like it's not worth the trouble to try to return either.

Terrible site. Buyers beware! Item was just horrible. Looked nothing like the photo. Horrible craftsmanship. Tiny sizing. Couldn't get it on. Customer service was AWFUL! If you try to return item, you will lose! And forget about a reasonable refund.

I ordered 2 weeks ago, still haven't received item. Tracking # that I was emailed doesn't bring up anything. If I would have known this was from China I never would have ordered. After reading all the reviews I don't expect to ever receive my order. Don't waste your money!

Buyer beware

Sounds trite but be very leary of this fraudulent company. I ordered, got my order fast... but the clothes had no size, no labels, and guess what? No return address to ship back. The reason to ship back? They were horribly made. Not only that the sizing was ridiculous! I purposely ordered 2 sizes larger and they wouldn't fit my cat!
Arm lengths varied widely, width across shoulders, chest were crazy different. I guess that's why they didn't put sizes on the merchandise. And to add to it all, no return address and they don't answer email or phone so you are stuck w/ useless junk.

Apologizes

I have made a mistake in judging this company. I was too quick to the soapbox. I called this company fraudulent and I sent rotten emails that were uncalled for. I didn't get my order fast enough, so what! I thought for sure I got ripped off!
Well, some of my clothes came today and "Yes!" Indeed I feel like a large $#*!! I'm sorry for attacking the way you run your company LuLugal, I should never have put a judgement on you, I certainly wouldn't want someone judging me.

I ordered 2 dresses both xl. I thought I was ordering from America but it turned out to be China. They took ages to arrive and one was too small and the other too big. The finish and quality was poor. Trying to complain or return is a nightmare. You have to log in and send a ticket. After several days and tickets, they are now offering me 'compensation' to my Lulugal account! They say it will cost me a lot to return them and then it will be ages till they can credit my PayPal account so this is the best option. They are awaiting my decision before giving me a return address. Not sure what to do as if I return them, will they ever credit my account?

Rubbish

I ordered two tops from this website, they were awful. Did not resemble the pictures at all and are totally unwearable cheap badly made copies.
Take some advise and dont waste your money. The site does not pay for returns so you are expected to post them back and then wait for a refund. Customer service is nil.
I would not recommend them at all

Do not purchase from this company. The coat they sent me I would not make my dog wear. It is cheap, cheap, cheap! Returning it will cost more than I paid, which was 49.00. This is a very hard pill to swallow. It will be going into the garbage can. Paypal is of no help.

I really feel this may be a scam business and should even possibly be investigated. I wanted to return an item, and no one answers their phone, and when you try to do live chat, you get an email. I filled in all the required fields, including item # and submitted my request.
When they emailed me back, the message was: "Hello, would you like to show us your order number? And the order number in our website is beginning with L or LL. We will check it for you again."
So I responded with the item # and received this very strange, inappropriate email: "Do you mean that you insist to return it with paying the expensive shipping fee?"
I would like to know how to report them as a phony buisiness.
If you are considering ordering from them, PLEASE DON'T! And spread the word!

Ripped off

How Pinterest can continue to carry these people on their site baffles me. I ordered a cute dress, took forever to get it, and it's a piece of crap. No on has responded anywhere to tell me where to return it. That's their policy that you contact them for return address. Well don't bother, no one responds and phone doesn't get answered. I eat the product now. I'd rather tear the dress in half and shove it down lulugals throats and the other half down Pinterest throat. Oh by the way, Pinterest hasn't responded to my complaint either.
