They sent me a completely different dress and take a million years to reply to one request. They won't even send the dress I originally ordered. Don't even bother getting a dress from here. It'll come wrong and you have to pay twice as much for a dress you don't even want.

I purchased a holiday dress for a work party for the first time from this company. The dress took 2 1/2 weeks to get to me and when I received it I was SO disappointed in the quality. It's so cheap for the price. I also followed their recommended sizing chart and ordered a M. I'm 5 2 and 130 for reference and the dress was SO SHORT. I can't even bend over or raise my arms up without my $#*! cheeks coming out. Immediately reached out about returning and a refund as I wouldn't be able to get another dress in time and they said they don't offer refund, only store credit. So now I'm out almost 100$ or I have to order another garbage dress that probably won't fit. What a waste of time and stupid policy. They say "it's in the fine print" of course but nowhere did I see anything like that when I ordered. What a scam!
You can order something and get it in quick... or you can order something and not receive it even close to estimated due date. Last dress ordered over a month in advance and pushed back almost an additional month...: will have to cancel order

The customer service team is great and responds promptly to emails! The clothing is nice quality and matches the price you're paying for. Their sales usually last awhile too, which is great for the wallet. I have no complaints aside for the fact that I wish you could order different sizes for the two-piece sets. I may require a smaller top and a larger bottom or vice versa, so it would be nice if down the road the customer could order the separate pieces in different sizes. Other than that, I love Lucy in the Sky!
We have gotten dresses from the company twice, both times the dresses were very cheaply made and you can see right through them. We actually had to have extra fabric added to the inside of the one dress so that you couldn't see through it. I tried to return the other dress for a refund. They do not give refunds. They only give store credit, that I will never use because their dresses are so poorly made. So, I lost quite a bit of money for poorly made dresses. Also, their dresses seem to run small in size. There is no way to speak to customer service either. It's all done through email. I guess you get what you pay for... I would not recommend buying from this company.

There's no way to contact this company through normal means. I emailed them on October 5 because my dress did not yet ship and they didn't get back to me until a week later and told me that my dress was on backorder and I would have to wait another 4 weeks before it SHIPS! I never got the dresss
I ordered a dress for homecoming a month and a half in advance expecting it to come in 2 weeks like the website stated but did not come in till 2 weeks after the dance. I emailed them and they said they have not shipped my dress while it has already been 3 weeks. They gave false information about shipping times and expected delivery.
I ordered one dress that was suppost to ship on march then the other was suppost to ship on may but the march one for held back and in the end I never got either.
I ordered a dress on January 17 for my daughter's upcoming event on February 10. Before I even placed the order, I was sure to check delivery dates. The delivery option said shipped within 5-6 business days. Only AFTER I got the order confirmation was I notified that the dress wouldn't even SHIP until the 14th of February! I have emailed them 3 separate times, including one immediately after ordering. I have not gotten a single acknowledgement. Horrible customer service!
I stumbled upon this page when I was trying to look for cute dresses for formal and brunches. This website has a variety of cute dresses that are reasonably price PLUS shipping is always super quick. This website is definitely my go-to when looking for something to wear for events. I highly recommend ordering from this store.
If I could give zero rating I would. Do not order from here! I ordered a dress Almost three months ago. After waiting three weeks I emailed and they assured me the dress would come. I patiently waited but never received it. I wrote again today to ask and they cancelled the order because of problems. Sony professional. Why have a dress company and advertise about dresses that you don't have to sell!?! Again- don't order from here if you want what you order.
Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The reps copy and paste generic statements to your emails and don't actually solve any issues. They don't offer refunds, only store credits and when you use the store credit to buy something you have to pay for shipping and the item never arrives. I had to do a charge back from my credit card company to get my refund back.
Bought my graduation dress and a party dress and have loved them and worn them to multiple events. They are great quality, sizing, super cute and comfy too! Also most dresses ship and deliver within the week which is also super helpful :)
I have ordered dresses from here twice and the shipping time is totally off. My other dress was a couple months late and I believe that that is unacceptable. I have gotten it and it is a lovely dress but the shipping really needs to be sorted out. I tried to order again giving them another chance but it has been more than a month off the timing it was meant to come. I have already asked for help but they didn't do anything about it. I have just sent another email and I hope that they actually help this time.

Terrible customer service and experience. I received 2 dresses, one I was completely unable to put on because it was too small (I'm only 98 pounds so found this odd for a small to not fit me). The third dress never came. After returning the 2 that did came, I never received my store credit… and someone told me that would refund me fully for the 3rd dress that never came and I still don't see it in my bank. It's been over a month…. Will never shop here again

This dress is adorable! My daughter's measurements and the size chart were a bit conflicting, so we decided to get a small. I will be returning the small and ordering an extra small. My daughter will look great for homecoming!
I ordered a dress for a vacation I'm taking and it shipped very fast! Delivery was great and I received it within a few days! I will definitely be ordering from here again! They have different dresses for any occasion!
My original purchase was good but after I returned it they didn't give me my store credit. I had to ask, email, and eventually live chat them to get the credit for my dresses. Otherwise, great shipping and gorgeous dresses.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my outfit over a month ago, and it still hasn't even shipped! I emailed the company and they were absolutely zero help, and there is no number to call, only text, which is also zero help. I am thoroughly disappointed and definitely won't order again. I also wouldn't advise anyone to order if they need a dress in a short amount of time.
I ordered a dress for my daughter for Homecoming. The dress didn't come and I got an email that said I would be refunded but it has been about 20 business days and have never been refunded. I have tried emailing them but never hear back. I will definitely be telling all my friends and my daughters friends to not shop there.
