This is such an easy website to navigate - it doesn't send you to the wrong items or a list of items by the company like some do. When I went back to shopping, it didn't remove the promo from the basket - like others do. So it's just nicer to shop on this website. Found what I wanted and got a great deal besides. I like the little flower that appears when you're checking out too. That's cute! I've always had good luck with Lucky!
I've been using Lucky Vitamin for a few years now and always find the best prices on my vitamins and supplements and even health products like lip balm. And I do extensive research on comparing prices. The service is excellent and I have never had a problem entering a discount code. To some of those who had trouble with discount codes: perhaps it might help if you have an account and are logged in?
It's easy to navigate the site and find what I'm looking for, and there are great features like enrolling in an auto shipment so those vitamins you always forget to re-order when the month supply is low... that won't happen anymore! Also, I like that there's such an array of brands, and lots of good deals.
I have placed my order on Thursday early morning and asked for one day shipping which cost me 40 dollar extra, but after at least four business days, they haven't shipped it yet. Each time I call them, they say they will ship it the same day and no luck so far. Call it unlucky vitamin.
Lucky Vitamin does not package their shipments for real life travel. What's funny to me is that the Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchange is at a much higher level than the shipments that they send out.
If you order something dry in a plastic bottle, it's OK. I have made two orders now that were liquid and they were both damaged and leaky. This last time, the box was so wet that the tape came off and the package was warped and open. The USPS delivered it in one of their own plastic bins.

I never got my package yet all they had to say was 'sorry', they won't return my money. Such a bad company, such a bad customer service. Apparently, after reading online reviews, that's happened to many people. If luckyvitamin mess up your order or ship to the wrong place or for some reason you're not getting your order and you never will - you are the one to pay. I basically pay them for nothing, I gave them money and got nothing. You don't want to mess with that. It's SO frustrating.
A wonderful site with many hard to find products (though some of these are unavailable); easy to use/find products; they ship fast! Notes: I wish the free shipping threshold were a bit lower, but am grateful to have the option. More site-wide sales would be nice, too. A terrific purveyor of health products overall! Thank you!
While I like the product choice and prices I cannot stop wondering who on earth programmed luckyvitamin.com website. I access it with Firefox and it always comes up with those repeated pop-ups, slowing down the ordering process and making the experience inferior. But recently they crossed the red line of the poor quality of their website. I was trying to order a product while using an account I started and I was ending at a page which was claiming that something went wrong. Nobody from the customer support people was able to figure out what was going on and eventually some guy said I should not use Firefox to access their website. He suggested Chrome or Explorer. What kind of bull... t is that? I have been shopping on line for centuries and I have always used Firefox without any problems. This is totally crazy attitude.
This company is wonderful. They have best quality and reasonable prices for my wellness needs. I have ordered from them for the past 8 years and will continue. Fast shipping, very courteous customer service.
The process of ordering went fine. I could have paid less if had used auto shipments but since it's my first time to buy this product I don't know that I'll like it; it would be rather silly to order it shipped automatically each month and then to find it turned out yucky; just more hassle to rescind that. Just because I order from home doesn't mean my time is unlimited.
Took two months to get product. I had already ordered it from another supplier and received in 3 days. One day after receiving my second order I got notification of your shipment being processed. I will go with the other supplier in the future
Placed an order with them on the 10/05/17 the took a whole week to cancel my order and start a refund no explanation was given even though I emailed them asking for one. Now im a week behind have to wait 7 days for a refund and have nothing to show for it.
DHL didn't have any knowledge of the tracking number provided meaning they probably didn't dispatch anything in the first place, I believe this website to be a scam site that collects money off customers doesn't deliver anything then makes free money off the interest based off the capital gained from all the order!
I've used Lucky Vitamin several times as a supplier of my gastric bypass supplements. They are always fast, accurate and priced very competitively. Thank you Lucky Vitamin for being there when I need you!
I was delighted to find a place with quick service that carries Bulletproof products at good prices. Will also look into it for my other nutritional needs. To be terribly honest, BP lets things sit in the warehouse for days and days before they finally ship it. And their prices are the highest in the country. I never order from them anymore if I can possibly find what I need elsewhere.
I have been ordering from this company for a few years. They always have my vitamins in stock and their prices can't be beat. Sometimes close to half off what I would pay at my local store. I have never had an issue with their service or products.
There was a shipping delay. I ordered one shipping package that was over $200. It supposed to be delivered in 7 days but delayed. That was pretty disappointing. When there's any delay, Amazon expedite the delivery on their cost and that is obviously great experience to many people. I hope you guys seriously update this big part of service and that might attract many customers.
I have purchased from LuckyVitamin at least five times and am always beyond satisfied. Shipping is quite fast. My items usually get to my doorstep within 4-8 days depending on weekends. I really enjoy finding items for lower prices than stores in my area. Shipping discounts (You may end up with free shipping!) and email coupons make shopping even more affordable. There are things I think I would only find at Whole Foods and have to pay more than I am comfortable with, but I can purchase those items cheaper at LuckyVitamin. My dogs also enjoy the products I find on this site. My favorite moment is opening a bag I know I saved money buying, trying it out, and buying it over and over loving it just the same! LuckyVitamin is one of my favorite companies.
These particular vitamins have helped with menopause symptoms including practically eliminating hot flashes and minimizing hair loss. I don't what to run out again. I love the text message reminder and ability to just reorder from a text reply.
Best pricing I've found so far for my favorite items. Thanks for keeping prices down. I have been lucky to find Theo Chocolate bars without inflated prices and even lower than when I buy them in person in Seattle.
