What I can see this company is a scam, I placed an order that on the website have the information they have in stock and after I confirmed my purchase I received an email saying that they cannot delivery and they doesn't know when it will be delivered, First I spoke with John Paul who hates his job and doesn't want to help and make it clear that they don't care... after I received another email from Rahma Akmad who says he's a supervisor saying the same thing that they cannot delivery and neither cancell/ refund.

Don't buy otherwise you'll loose your money

Order confirmation stated product in stock usually ships in 24-48 hours. NO WHERE did it say there may be shipping delays. Six days later and the order still has not shipped. Personnel read from a script "we changed warehouses. We can't cancel your order. We have no way to communicate with the warehouse. We don't know when your order will ship" DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Tried to cancel my order which I was told was on back order. Agent told me I would have to return it and get charged $7.95 return fee. Item wasn't prepared for shipment because they don't have it and have not tracking number assigned. Again they refused to cancel it. I won't deal with them again. Poor customer service. Also stated the credit card won't be charged until it shipped but it appears pending on my account.

I used this company when I was living in the US,,, I am now living in Spain and believe it or not shipping from US to here was cheaper than from either Spain or UK vitamin online stores.

Adding to checkout was easy,
Finding the shipping cost without having to put your credit card info in was easy,
Way to many other online vitamin stores asked for credit card info prior to giving shipping costs,, often this was after spending loads of time finding items I wanted, clearly I would not give credit card info out willy nilly so I never completed those order,,,
BUT I did complete the order with lucky vitamin.,, my only small gripe was I was given a discount code for my shop [10%] typically discount code redemption slots are close to checkout- not so with lucky vitamin- this was to be found when scrolling down and away from the checkout.
Great experience otherwise,, will use again.
