The lack of service offered by Correos is beyond words. Xmas cards delivered here in Spain from overseas,, I am aware of over 20 sent from UK, Australia and the US,,, I received two. Same situation with birthday cards. Items ordered on ebay often are not delivered at the expense of person I have purchased from. I have had one item delivered 9 months after arriving in Spain. I still have an order held in Spanish customs for 6 months, additional taxes have been paid,, now they are demanding forms that my local Correos offices have never heard off. Their complaints system is a utter joke. Their FB contact service is simply not a service. I cannot put into words how shocking this postal service is,, speaking to our local community and our local post box provider it has become clear that my experience is widespread. Virtually all people I have spoken to no longer send birthday, and xmas cards,, I have joined this growing group as items I have sent are not delivered to the UK etc either. Whatever the reason for their shockingly poor delivery rate they need to pull their socks up. People are now using other agents such as DHL as at least their are professional and perform the job they have been paid to do.

This review is my experience and my opinion.
Like everyone I love a good deal so looked forward to Black Friday sale in order to purchase some new Merrell hiking shoes. They had some I liked and these were priced at a reasonable price. The shoes were on Amazon.es and showed a discounted price. I clicked on the item to find the price had gone up by nearly 40 euro.
I contacted customer service and was told the price was due to sales tax and included the shipping. I explained tax was not required here and that as a Prime member this item which was also Prime would not need a charge for shipping. The customer service person basically told me any lie he could think of to explain the price hike. He ultimately told me that although he could see the Black Friday price and the price change upon clicking to purchase I needed to send screen shots to the customer service email. He provided me with an incorrect email address. If Amazon is looking at this review I have kept a transcript of the customer services conversation including his blatant lies.
I did however obtain the correct email address and did as asked and sent two images clearly showing the Black Friday price and the price immediately after clicking on the item- this was prior to choosing size I needed.
No reply from their customer service after email was sent.
I resorted to contacting Amazon.es via Facebook, I was asked to provide more information so I posted the photos on their page too- no reply, nothing.
As a result I have to conclude that Amazon.es has been running a Black Friday Scam!
Having been a customer of Amazon in the UK, US and now in Spain I have to say the customer service here in Spain is the worst ever. For customer service agents to blatantly lie to customers is not acceptable. I would love to hear from Amazon if they can be bothered to contact me. They can do so by looking at comments on their facebook page.

Tip for consumers:
I found a local sports store where I chose to spend my money. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with Amazon.es and Prime in Spain,

To be honest initially I had some success using Aliexpress, however despite reading sellers reviews which I now wholeheartedly beleive to be fake, i had a number of issues with rubbish product, no product at all or wrong product sent. The website offers money back in the event of a dispute. I opened disputes in all 8 of my cases, and was told I would recieve total refunds,, thats where it ends-you never receive your refund or item. I had abusive and threatening messages from sellers because I dared to post actual images of the utter rubbish recieved. Long and short,, read reviews, be mindful of fake reviews explaining how wonderful the site is,, you pay your money and you u take ypur chance. My advice avoid like the plague. Customer service,, they have none.

This site used to be great for genuine people who enjoyed the nudist lifestyle. Today it seems to be full of spammers, swingers, people doing unmentionables on cam when there are no moderators about. Real real shame.
They need to ban private profiles- its a nudist site so why be coy.
They need to stop people using cams/accessing cams if they do not have a verified account.
Maybe these two actions would help bring this place back into line with its original mission statement.

I used this company when I was living in the US,,, I am now living in Spain and believe it or not shipping from US to here was cheaper than from either Spain or UK vitamin online stores.

Finding items was easy,
Adding to checkout was easy,
Finding the shipping cost without having to put your credit card info in was easy,
Way to many other online vitamin stores asked for credit card info prior to giving shipping costs,, often this was after spending loads of time finding items I wanted, clearly I would not give credit card info out willy nilly so I never completed those order,,,
BUT I did complete the order with lucky vitamin.,, my only small gripe was I was given a discount code for my shop [10%] typically discount code redemption slots are close to checkout- not so with lucky vitamin- this was to be found when scrolling down and away from the checkout.
Great experience otherwise,, will use again.

As my title says really,, the benefit does not out weigh the cost,- in my experience.
Maybe they need to look at lowering the cost and increasing membership,,
