Tried to cancel my order which I was told was on back order. Agent told me I would have to return it and get charged $7.95 return fee. Item wasn't prepared for shipment because they don't have it and have not tracking number assigned. Again they refused to cancel it. I won't deal with them again. Poor customer service. Also stated the credit card won't be charged until it shipped but it appears pending on my account.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of the in stock claim. The product I ordered showed in stock at the time of purchase and was back ordered the following day
