I received a shipment from Lucky Vitamin with 2 bottles of liquid bath soap and one of liquid hand soap. Only the hand soap was shrink wrapped. The liquid bath soaps were not. One of the bath soap containers was about 1/4 full and the other did not look completely full. There was a spot in the carton through which, apparently soap had leaked out. Fortunately all other items were wrapped so there was no apparent damage. LuckyVitamin phone support is not working due to "technical" reasons. The web site is down today. I tried the help chat yesterday and it did not work but I was able somehow to email via the site customer "support". I also sent a regular email to customer support. The web site is completely down today and I have sent messages via Facebook and Twitter. There has been no response whatsoever. I have ordered in the past from them but this indicates serious issues and I wonder whether the company is going out of business. Never again. I will probably have to try to dispute all or part of the charge on my creditt card.

i had that problem once but the website was not down. I called their number and they promptly sent me a replacement. Their website is up today.
