Over two months ago I ordered some products from this company and they have not sent it. I have emailed customer service repeatedly demanding the product or a refund and I get no response, these people are thieves and the founder should be prosecuted.

I ordered bio-freeze, was told very quickly that because of the customers wanting it they were short on supplies. The money was taken out of my account. I have seen several phone numbers, none of which you can talk to a live person, they just direct you back to the web site. The web site said they needed a password # from me, I asked to have one sent, they never replied. I have been waiting for over a month. A bunch of crooks!

Though myvitanet.com seems to have the lowest prices for its products expect to pay a high price in patience and frustration due to poor customer service and lack of product.
If you would like to receive your items in a reasonable time then you may want to seek another company to fulfill you needs. Paying a higher price to get the things I need quickly is preferable. Avoid myvitanet.com if you are able to.

I was scammed after ordering a product. I noticed on my bank account the credit card was used for the Pa Flower Show. I called the bank and started proceedings to reclaim my money. What a shock to be scammed by what seemed a legitimate and helpful website. It is no longer in use. I hope the Feds got him or her or them. Next time I'll do my homework a little better. I did get my money back and he didn't have further use of my credit card as I changed it. If the people who scam would put their smarts to use by doing good the world would be a much better place, don't you think?

I ordered from the in August 2011 in which they responded to my emails. After 2 months of backorder they agreed to refund me. I have contacted them 6 times since then and cannot get a response or my money back. My bank states that too much time has passed for them to do anything. I filed with the BBB and they did not get a response from them and can do nothing further. According to the BBB site they are listed under My Health Pro.

I pleased an order of over $160 with this company on August 24,2011. I have yet to receive the order (it is now Sept. 14th). I have contacted them through their "customer service" online 3 times and have not received a response. I called their 1-800 number and got referred back to their unresponsive website "customer service". I used to order from this site. I will never order from them again.

I went online to My Vitanet.com to order pain med Bio-Freeze in roll-on. The bank decucted $37.00 from my account June 18, but I received no confirmation by e-mail of either my order or of shipment. You cannot reach them by telephone, and when I go online to them, it says my e-mail address is not valid. What can I do?

Accessing the website on a Saturday on the west coast trying to buy some LEAF CBD products. There is NO WAY to actually move the product into the cart. How is that even possible? Support phone # not available on weekends so no way to get any help. Your product is out of stock at the local Natures Grocer. Love your product, your customer service basically says SCREW YOU and offers no help at all. Apparently your owners are using up all the remnant THC and lost in a fog. So, so bad.

Placed an order over a month ago and still have not gotton it... Has to be the worst site on the net. They have a 800 number that leads you to no one and just directs you back to there site.

Also the 800 number message says that you can have a customer rep contact you in 24 hours but after you send the e-mail it pops up with in 3 to 7 business days...

WARNING STAY AWAY! Unlees you want to pay for a product that you might never get...

DO NOT USE MYVITANET! If they have the lowest prices, it's only because they have the worst service! I live in central Mexico where I can't get the supplements I need. I placed a large order with MyVitanet on 2/13/2011. I drove 3 hours round--trip to another town where I get my mail two times now to receive partial shipments from MyVitanet. It's been 3 months and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. MyVitanet does not indicate items are out of stock when customers order. MyVitanet does not email customers to let them know they will receive a partial order afterward. MyVitanet does not respond to emails. MyVitanet no longer has a 800 number for customers to call. There is no accountability, no way to get through to them, no way to get them to respond to you. I will never use them again and would discourage anyone else from doing so, too.

I just placed an order. Soon as I entered my credit card information, the screen showed "Order Confirmation". Well, in the ordering chart, I was one step away from finalizing the order. I was unpleasantly upset, so I went ahead and called the "24/7" Customer Service Number on the website. It turns out that it only has recoding message unless I want to place a new order. Only then, I decided to Google the company. How disappointed I was to see the scams that MyVitaNet has get themselves into. I immediately went back to their website and canceled my order. I have a bad feeling it won't be easy to get my money back even though I canceled my order less than 30 minutes. I really should have checked the company out before doing any business with me. Wish me luck to get my money back.

Horrible retailer!

Horrible retailer! Promised me a a credit if I would return as a customer - stupid me fell for their scam! They charged me immediately - without giving me the promised credit and then did not ship my order for over two weeks. Their customer service is deplorable. Don't be suckered in by their "low prices", you will pay much more in time, shipping, and frustration than the few cents are worth.

Beware, this is an internet scam. Ordered $110 worth of product, they charged credit card but I never received order. There's no way to contact them, either via phone or website. Their system will no longer accept my "password." It's especially insulting that their sponsored links are on Amazon.com and Google, and those companies don't care. I got there through Amazon.com and complained to them about the scam. They just sent me a form letter back about how they weren't legally responsible. NEVER ORDER THROUGH A COMPANY YOU DON"T KNOW UNTIL YOU CHECK THEM OUT. It would've been very easy to see all the complaints on myvitanet.com if I'd done a quick search on them.

Ordered biofreeze on 5-27-11. My credit card was charged on that date. As of 7-5-11, NO ORDER RECEIVED. Impossible to talk to a human being. Asked to have my order cancelled. E-mail said my order will be put at the front of the line? At the front of the line after 5 weeks? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered the same case of Biofreeze from a different company yesterday, at a lower price, and it was shipped today. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

SCAM ARTIST. RIP YOU OFF. Had to file a claim, they don't care. No product, no refund? This can't be a legit business. They didn't care that I told them I would file a claim. BEWARE and read the reviews, don't be stupid like I was and not check them out. This is normal for them if you check the reviews on several sites!

Ordered product and was advised after order was placed it was on backorder. They wanted to substitute another product. I told them to cancel order and credit my credit card. Order was placed on Nov 1. It is now Nov. 30th and I still have not received my refund. Would definitely not order from this website again. They keep

I ordered three items totaling $40 on March 1st. NEVER got an email confirmation that they even received my order. Around March 1st, I decided to call the company. Got an automated response to go through their website to check on my order. Went to their website and ALL their correspondence is through the website by logging on. After THREE emails to the company, I finally got a response that my order was delayed to to the demand of the products I was ordering. Gee, thanks for letting me know. I asked to cancel my order but they said they couldn't cancel it because the warehouse was processing it? They were extremely quick to take my PayPal payment though. This site has the WORST customer service and communication of any site I have ever order through and I order online A LOT. Stay clear of them!

They just scammed me too. For anyone not aware INTERNATIONAL customers BEWARE. As of April 1st 2011 they no longer will chargeback to your credit card you made the original purchase to when you cancel and their site policies say nothing about this at all. They will send after months of waiting a bank check on an American bank. So for international customers living in a country with no checking system depositing costs you exorbitant service fees and also you have to wait close to another month to get the money deposited if you are lucky to even get a refund check. I ordered on 2-15-11 cancelled 10 minutes later and the money was already removed from my credit card. By 4-29 still no refund. I was promised that in 2-10 days it would be in my CC acct and 3 weeks later I get this check from Mother Nature. So when I do finally get my refund I will have lost 30% of a charge that should have never been made on my card in the first place. BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE!______

If you order from this company why not just shoot yourself in the head right now. Look at the volume of complaints. We all can't be crazy. Please heed this warning and look for a better company. Spread the word too, so they go out of business
