DO NOT USE MYVITANET! If they have the lowest prices, it's only because they have the worst service! I live in central Mexico where I can't get the supplements I need. I placed a large order with MyVitanet on 2/13/2011. I drove 3 hours round--trip to another town where I get my mail two times now to receive partial shipments from MyVitanet. It's been 3 months and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. MyVitanet does not indicate items are out of stock when customers order. MyVitanet does not email customers to let them know they will receive a partial order afterward. MyVitanet does not respond to emails. MyVitanet no longer has a 800 number for customers to call. There is no accountability, no way to get through to them, no way to get them to respond to you. I will never use them again and would discourage anyone else from doing so, too.
