I really like lucky vitamin and y process checking out with them was superb. They only lost a star because their shipping, is pretty slow, even if you choose expedited. They could also add more products from the same brands that they sell. Meaning they have some products from a certain brand but not all. This makes me need to buy the rest of my products somewhere else. Overall I think they do a good job. And if you need to return anything ( I didnt) they send you a pre paid post to do it. I also like how they protect their shipments with lots of protective packaging, more so than other companies I have bought from. I often have had broken packages with other companies, never with lucky vitamin. They also have a reasonable amount of sales!
Product never arrived yet they still take my money and won't refund. Ridiculous unethical company. I see other complaints about poor packaging. Yes they send glass bottles in the mail and are surprised when they shatter. Absolute idiots
The only negative I could think of with lucky vitamin is I couldn't find an APP. Apps make it very convent to get back to their store. Otherwise they are doing things just right.
Product was never recieved, despite havind corrected address email, which was recieved back as issue having "BEEN ADDRESSED" and i was expected to contact the shipper. Have requested a refund or replacement so far no response. Bad Service
I had Autoship with a competitor on three of the five items purchased today. All were cheaper with Lucky Vitamin's "every day" price. When you include Autoship and first-time buyer discount, I saved significantly more on this purchase.
When you have an issue, the online chat is just horrible to the point where it does not even recognize order number starting with LV. When you request for agent, you can't talk to them; one has to chat with him or her. They are equally bad because half the time in my experience they can't write proper English sentence and above all they make many spelling mistakes. May be you wish to consider sending these agents to England where they will learn proper language skills!
Additionally I am exploring Amazon and most of the products you offer are available with them. The reason for considering a change is: because they always have a live agent available for verbal conversation which you folks have decided to eliminate.
You had sent me a loyalty voucher/coupon which you system did not recognize. What a bloody shame! Why do you entice your customer and then not honour your voucher?
The bottle of poorly wrapped lemon juice shattered in the box soaking everything & leaving a huge mess. USPS stamped box was received this way, damaged & leaking. Can't reach customer service. Tried phone, chat & emails, no response. Terrible service! Will never use again.

Got everything I ordered. Wish it was a little faster delivery. Got something I couldn't find elsewhere. Would like more options for gluten-free foods.
I used to own and operate a health food store. Your prices are very reasonable. I also quite like the option to prepay the duties. You have good info about most of the products. One note I was frustrated when deciding on collagen and some didn't indicate if bovine or marine. But otherwise, it is almost like standing in a store reading bottles great job lucky vitamin! I do prefer to buy from Canada and I do but supplements I would go without as it's too expensive. I did have trouble with my credit card kept telling me I needed a the 3 digit number which I put in but got the same error code so I used paypal. I am hoping it arrives in 4-7 day as it is needed.
I am very pleased with the prices and the great selection of brands I found everything I needed in the brands I prefer.
