“The Only Program that has Worked for Me”

W T.
8/29/19

I just finished the 25 week main program a few days ago. I had always been 110-115 pounds, so as a 28 year old man, I still looked like a kid. Then through the program I gained 29 pounds, finishing at 142lbs, almost all of my gain being lean muscle mass. The reason this program works for gaining lean mass where 5 other programs (including P90X and Fit for Life) didn't work for me, is that most other programs are weight-loss programs disguised as muscle building programs with "health food" diets designed to cut calories for you. For people with small appetites like me, gaining weight is not as simple as "just eat more." Bony to Beastly's tips on how to get more calories without feeling sick was a total game changer. But the biggest reason I've had success with this program and not with other programs is the support I got on their forum. No matter what level of training or bodybuilding you're in, there is someone with answers for your questions. And it's not just bro-science, the Beastly staff do thorough research, even going so far as to compare multiple scientific studies. So now that I've finished the program, am I done? No, I'm going to continue with their advanced programs, because the guys in the forum are great, there are fun challenges for continuing growth and athleticism like setting personal records, and they have tons of information for fine tuning the way you look, like how to cut fat without losing muscle, and how to get stubborn muscle groups to grow so that you can develop ideal proportions (based on what is scientifically most attractive to the opposite sex.) I have recommended this program to several people in my life, because it really does have information for everything. So do I recommend it to you? Absolutely. Whether you're skinny, fat, skinny-fat, or already fit, there is something for you in the Bony to Beastly forum.

If you're a skinny guy looking to gain some muscle, in a supportive and science-backed community, don't look any further.

I tried and tried to build muscle by doing my own routines that I found online. Some worked, most didn't and with all of them I hit a wall.

After joining b2B I've gained over 20 lbs, and did it with a ton of support from a great community.

Bony to Beastly is a fantastic workout program for skinny guys like me. I was 46 years old, 6'5" and 160 pounds when I started. A year later I weighed 195 lbs and could squat, deadlift and benchpress more than I ever had in my previous 45 years. If you're like me and struggled your whole life with stomach problems, back pain and bad posture, Bony to Beastly is your oasis in the desert of life as an ectomorph. Simply put, I owe my now pain free existence to this awesome resource. OK, enough writing, I have to get back to the gym.

As the title says, I thought it would be the same information found all over the internet. I was WRONG!

I tried other well-known programs including starting strength, strong lifts and lean gains bulking method, but none gave me the rapid results that I'm seeing with bony to Beastly. Only after going through the program myself do I understand the value provided by a program specifically for Skinny People! As it's aimed directly at skinny people, the nuances provided in the program really do make a difference. The reasoning behind why you do what you do in the program is explained thoroughly in their e-book and if you ever have any questions you can ask in the community and the founders give their own personal feedback, which is rare nowadays.

I've personally really benefitted from the recipes book. I can EASILY eat 3,000+ calories now whereas before I'd be absolutely stuffing myself for the WHOLE DAY in order to get in about 3,300 calories (needless to say my stomach did not appreciate this).

Don't underestimate the thorough research put into the development of this program. There's a refund policy if you're worried about not receiving the results you imagined, so take the leap and get ready to be amazed.

It is incredibly easy to get a workout program that promises incredible and fast results. And, it is just as easy to devote time and effort (sometimes even money) to follow the plan and, after months of hard work, realize that it did not produce the results that were promised.

When I got to the main page of The Bony to beastly bulking program the first thing I read was "How to gain 20-30 pounds of muscle in under 90 days". My first thought was that that was a hell of a click-bait phrase to start, but I purchased it anyway...

Fast forward a few months and after completing the main program and gaining more than 20 pounds of lean weight I can say that there is no lie in that promise. However, the best part is not that I gained 20 pounds, or that I learned to lift with proper form and technique, but that I became part of an incredibly supporting community, lead by knowledgeable coaches that truly care about you.

After purchasing the program you receive a fully optimized workout plan; a recipe book full of practical and easy-to-prepare bulking meals and an e-book that lays out and presents all of the information that you will ever need to gain weight and bulk the right way. But, above all, you will become part of a great community, where you will find all of the support needed along the way to becoming a better, healthier and stronger version of yourself...

The internet is full of fitness advice. Some is good, some is definitely not. And the vast majority of it is aimed at people wanting to *lose* weight. If you've already got a skinny build, that stuff won't help you. Then it's compounded by lifting routines that look like they would be great if you had stellar genetics or some supplements that would get you banned from the Olympics.

BonyToBeastly is different. It's an honest, simple lifting program designed for skinny (or skinny fat guys. It has clear instructions for every exercise, and carefully planned progressions to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. And it's not just lifting, it's the whole package -- rest, nutrition, getting extra calories when you need them -- everything is covered to ensure your success.

I've tried many lifting programs over the years to try to improve my body, and *nothing* has given me the results that BonyToBeastly has. I don't have to overthink any of it -- it's all laid out for me, I just followed the plan and it worked. I'm almost 55 years old and in the best shape of my life, thanks to this program. I wish I had found it 30 years ago.

It worked for me. It *will* work for you.
