I placed an order with Luckyvitamin during the coronavirus problems. My order was damaged during shipping. FedEx wouldn't deliver my order and sent it back to Luckyvitamin. I contacted Luckyvitamin about getting a refund and I have been very unsatisfied with their customer service. Still waiting for a refund

I usually have a great experience with Lucky Vitamin however, my last experience was less than great. Part of my order was put on backorder yet I was being charged for it. I finally canceled the backorder to get my money back. Also, the order confirmation did not include sales tax which made billing confusing.

I'm always amazed at all of the product choices that the Lucky Vitamin website carries. There's always something new I see or something I purchased once before that I find, remember, and want to buy again. My only criticism is it seems to take a very long time for a page to load once I navigate to a product page or try to get back to the category page. But other than that it's a smooth with experience.
