Amazing cream, since I started using it I've received so many compliments on my skin! I work outside at a Nursery (plants), and the sun beats on my body, especially my face. The only problem I have is the jar is way too small! Please make a larger size of the Lucky Vitamin collagen, I beg you!

I love Lucky Vitamins online shopping because I know I am getting quality at prices you cannot find elsewhere. I trust their customer service teams and know I will get answers to my most frequent questions. Shipping is tops in my opinion. You can count on products being delivered in a timely fashion. Products are protected during shipment and I personally have never had issue with any of my shipments from Lucky Vitamin.

I order temperature sensitive products and Lucky is the only place I've found that ships with a cool pack. The unfortunate issue is their shipping takes MUCH longer than advertised and they sometimes forget to pack the cool pack. This causes a return shipment and increases the wait time for replacements by a 2 week minimum, not to mention extra shipping costs for expedited delivery. If I could find other suppliers (online or locally) who carry the specific products and whom ships with a cool pack then I would not purchase from Lucky. I give their product offering 5 stars and their Customer Care Team 4 1/2 stars; their packing, shipping, and website shipping disclosures a 1 star.
ORDERED SOMETHING, NEEDED TO CANCEL LESS THAN 10 HOURS LATER. REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THE ORDER STATUS WASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET NOR POSTED TO SHIP TILL MONDAY. SPOKE TO LORANN, THE LADY WAS RUDE AS ALL CAN BE. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. EVER!

Having worked in a natural foods store, I know the cost of these products. Most are great buys but the customer service leaves room for improvement. The people you communicate with over the phone & internet are helpful promise you excellent results.
The follow through is virtually non-existent every time I contact them. Even A $5 discount I earned took 3 calls, a text message & a bad review to finally get my reward.

I have ordered from LV several times. They have the best prices I've found around on the products I love. You don't have to choose auto ship, but can save money on the products you use often if you wish to. Either way, their prices are still the best. I have had to contact customer service due to liquid products being damaged in shipping and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

While good prices and good products are -- by themselves -- or even taken together -- not enough for everyone to like a business, they certainly don't hurt! I'm already in love with this business not just because of those two things (though they are very important), but also something more ineffable: there is a good attitude about their whole website that makes me feel like more than just another paying "machine." I know some people, like my wife, are still totally sold on businesses like Amazon, and I understand that to a great extent. But I still prefer a smaller, less monolithic business model. And while an even better price might be found at a place like Amazon, I just always want to veer toward the smaller firms as long as I feel that the price difference isn't significant enough to justify. (And besides, let's face it -- when firms become really big and have put their competitors out of business, they almost always start losing those ultra low prices, or start shorting their employees, or both. Just think of Walmart, for example. Or Exxon -- ever get super cheap gas there? Or anywhere?)
