Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat.
In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!
So far this website has had the best collection of natural, organic and vegan products that cannot be found on other websites. I love the layout of the website which makes it easy to navigate. The products are also more appealing because the prices are usually lower than if I were to buy them from another online retail store.
While they don't have everything I need for my health regiment, they have most of it! The prices are sometimes as much as 50% less than what I have paid else where. When I have had an issue, their customer service team has been quick to assist, and have been very friendly. Thanks Lucky Vitamin for all you do!
Really appreciate being able to order healthy products online at competitive prices. Delivery is a bit slow, but I can't complain since it's free. I receive requests for reviews before I even receive products. Those few times when there has been a problem with an order, customer service has always been good (I've been ordering for over 10 years.)

I had received an email stating that I would get a 10% discount on my next order if I did it within 2 days, which I did... only to find out that if I did not purchase certain items, the discount did not apply. As a person with a degree in journalism and decades of experience writing and editing, I feel like this was a come-on and I will most likely look elsewhere for a good deal on vitamins. After not using you for years, I had finally decided that you were the best place to get vitamins, but I certainly do not think that now.
Although, the site may run slow at times, the savings and convenience of online shopping is worth it to me. Even if I missed walking around my local health food store, this gives me the same sense of discovering new ways to supplement or feed my desire for health.
I've been ordering for years from Lucky Vitamin; I've never had a complaint (except that with my slow internet, the pages take forever to load with all their pictures). They carry the high quality brands that I'm looking for, at prices lower than the sales prices in local stores.

Ive had to chat with customer service once and they were the friendliest people and quickly handled my request I forgot to use a promo code on my order and they granted me the percentage off my order. They shipped an order to the wrong address, and refused to try to do anything helpful about it. They acknowledged that it was possible for them to contact the courier and re-route, but insisted that they would charge me any re-routing fee they incurred for correcting their own error.
They sell the same products as 100 other sites and stores, often at exactly the same prices... It's not worth giving your business to a vendor that tries to squeeze a few extra bucks at their customers' expense.
I had a hard time locating some products I use to purchase at my local health food store, but that they no longer carried (I guess I like stuff not too many other people do?), or they didn't sell fast enough not to expire on them... at any rate, YOU HAD THEM! And definitely in the fresh zone! I have expanded on other items that I cannot get locally, too. Trying new stuff! Yeah!

I look for organics, and the selection here is pretty good. Product info is excellent. One thing I especially appreciate is the intelligent shopping cart. On other sites, with a huge product selection, I might add the same thing to my cart twice without realizing, and end up with a duplicate I didn't want. Never happens here because the cart is properly programmed. I appreciate the pricing and sales and incentives. Customer service has been excellent. The only thing that needs improving, is for food items to be recognized better in the search engine. I also wish that I could sort out basic foodstuffs from snacks and prepared items. But overall it's pretty great to shop at LuckyVitamin.

Was time again to replenish with some of my regular purchases. I did notice allot of back ordered items especially with the vitamin C products which included tablets and powder. I think this is due to the corona virus issue and people are goings nuts buying up vitamin C. The C is overall good for the immune system but people have to realize it takes more than C. I do not like the idea that to purchase a back ordered item, Lucky Vitamin requires you to purchase a minimum of 2 or 3 items of the product you want. Other than the vitamin C all the items I wanted were in stock, their quality is very good and Lucky Vitamin continues to provide great pricing. One suggestion I would like to make regarding winning the $100 dollar gift certificate is instead of giving out (1) $100 gift, how about making a few more people happy and giving (4) $25 gift certificates.
I have yet to find anywhere that can beat Lucky Vitamin's prices. They frequently have amazing sales and such a great selection of products! Customer service has always been super helpful and prompt when I needed them, which can be a bit of a rarity these days. 10/10! To our good health
This product is fantastic for my husband who works in construction sites year around. He comes home with energy instead of wiped out at the end of the week. I researched since the price keeps going up and with auto-ship this site was the cheapest.
