I had 2 requirements for a good health/supplement site. 1. good prices 2. A wide range of products that fit my needs as well as alternative approach to health. Lucky Vitamin fits both in the decade I've used this site. The site is a bit slow when searching but worth my time... hence, 4 stars.

Completely satisfied is what I call Lucky vitamin. Ive been using this site for well over 10 years and Im always very happy. If there is an issue it is solved by customer service pleasantly. I like the coupons and savings. I like that the products are always top-of-the-line. I got hooked on Lucky vitamin from my daughter, from there I told my sisters and now we all use it. Sometimes delivery takes a while but it's always worth it and I try to stay on top of ordering things leaving myself enough time to replenish things I've run low on. This site has consistently had every product I've needed even when the products are no longer stocked where I used to get them - on top of that I always compare prices and overall Lucky Vitamin makes sure to provide the most affordable prices. Reordering is made very simple without being overbearing - considering how many products they have to search through, I am glad that my usual orders are easily found and reordered and check out is a breeze. I have never had to use customer service because of how user friendly the site is and how reliable the service and delivery has been - fingers crossed if I ever need to contact customer service everything will be fine.

The times I have used your company have been a blessing. I was so in need of my products and they always seem to get here fast and in great condition. You really don't hear from me, because I am satisfied. Period!

I've ordered from Lucky Vitamin quite a bit, and recently got a 10% coupon, so I ordered $75 worth of products and got a free bar of soap to try, plus free shipping. They have sugar-free, aspartame-free gum and mints that I'm trying this time. Their prices are excellent, and the website is well laid out. I wish that it was easier to view long lists of products, and that their Lucky points were easier and quicker to use, such as to get discounts off of orders.

I love it that LuckyVitamin carries most of the products I need and much cheaper then amazon. Although I don't get the prime shipping in 2 days I don't have to wait that long either, I usually get my items within a week without having to pay extra in shipping which is always a bonus. Thank you for the excellent service and products. I had a problem only once where the flour I ordered was not packaged well and fell apart in the box during shipping but the customer service was very quick to respond to my email and sent a free replacement within 2 days as well as followed up with me via phone to make sure I was happy and I love that type of service. Where they actually care about the customer. Thank you for being amazing! You have another loyal customer now :)

The website is clear and user-friendly but the CN translation is really super awkward. There are too many mistakes which got me so confused about the product details. And when i try to swift the language to EN, but failed. I have to change my delivery destination then the language. I think except DHL, for China including HK or Macau, SF will be the best choice. Not that expensive but best service with fast and safe transportation.

Be careful with this company if you are in other country. I´m in Portugal and I have ordered some bottles, in September 2018, those were remitted first to Germany and then to Portugal. Something happened the pills were sent back to LuckyVitamin and I never received the pills or the money back. And I´ve sent a lot of e-mails to them asking for a new remittance without success. They have awful rules those say if 90 days is passed from the requirement, they can´t help us. So, they stayed with my pills and with my money. It seems to be very dishonest.
