I am personally in Canada and I received it ( took the most expensive shipping option so I had tracking and a guarantee of no additional fee). Got everything on the expected date, products are good. :)
A good amount of items are priced better than anywhere else (in-stores and online). Though not 2 day delivery (unless you pay/pay more), everything comes within a week, less than 2 weeks... and great customer service!:-)

I normally don't give reviews; however, I was impressed with what I received with my order, I'm leaving one this time. Prompt shipping. The product booklet with a recipe in it was nice. The gift card for Hello Fresh was a real surprise. I'm actually going to try them out. Their prices are great.
Lucky Vitamin has been awesome over the last couple years. Their product selection is great, their prices are great, their quick shipping and free shipping on most orders is unbelievable, and their customer service is the best. Period. Also, they surprise you occasionally with samples of cool new stuff to try. My favorite supplier!
Around 8/23/2019 I made a back-order because they said it will be back in stock within a week. Then they extended it to 3 weeks. Finally after a month I contacted them to cancel. The response was something to the effect like "sorry about that" but nothing about it cannot be cancelled.
Fast forward 3 months later 11/25/19 they sent out this cancelled order without authorization and demanded money from me. When i told them this order was cancelled 3 months ago they responded that back orders cannot be cancelled so I have to pay for it. Then after payment they will take 3 weeks to check things around before refunding money for unauthorized shipment. Told them they are not getting a cent from me and I'll file fraud complaint on them. Then, they quickly changed their tune with saying "just refuse shipment and send it back". I will never do business with them again.

It was easy to find my items quickly. I would rate them 5 stars except for a lack of communication when trying to price match an item... it was only 15 cents different, so I went ahead and ordered from Lucky Vitamin. After 3 attempts to price match, I was frustrated and just gave up... cost me an additional $5 cents overall.
