Lucky Vitamin

So the prices are good but every time I place an order at least 1 of my items is on back order. This has happened to me continuously over the past year, and I order the same supplements repeatedly. Not sure what the issue is but I wish it would get cleared up. Also the shipping is very slow.

I have never ordered this item (ever) or used this website (ever) but both were very simple to use, and the delivery was fast (although expensive as I live in Hawaii). But I was happy to receive it as sometimes things don't get here on time/at all. Good Job, guys.

Never order anything from this website, stay away, probably the worst company you will ever deal with. They will take your money and never send your products. Your calls will be blocked after the payment, all I am getting is automated email response. They are true scam artists. Complete scam!

What can I say? Lucky Vitamin has everything I need/want, and more! I was even able to find a supplement that I could not find anywhere else on the web. We save money by using auto-ship because I don't want to miss out.

Some great specialty foods, and good prices! I had to recreate my account for some reason, but I've had good experiences with quick shipping and high quality products before - I'm hopeful the trend will continue!

I enjoy shopping at Lucky Vitamin and trying different products. Most often I'm very excited about the products when they arrive and am satisfied with them as well as the price I paid for them. When I've had to cancel a back ordered item, they are very quick to respond and help out, which is great customer service.

Gave up on amazon prime due to high prices and shipping costs LuckyVitamin is one of my new alternative shopping sites. I am was able to find 75% of what I wanted at significantly lower prices and fast free shipping. Also I have received some sort of discount on my orders. Very happy with their service and selection

I placed an order on May 8,2013 and did not receive the order until May 22,2013. While the product was as expected, the delivery time was not acceptable since the products I ordered were in stock. The site claims items are shipped within 24-48 hours, however the shipment did not arrive at the Fed Ex terminal until May 15. Um, I think that's a little more than 24-48 hours. I probably will not be ordering from them again.
