Normally, online ordering is difficult and laborious for me, but not with Lucky Vitamin. Since I always make sure to qualify for free shipping, getting my products is far easier and more economical than going to the store.

Great products, easy to order. Didn't give 5 stars because part of my order was on back order they said 3 days but it's almost 2 weeks still waiting for delivery. I would use this company again though variety it fantastic. They have 2 of my favorite at great prices.

Lucky vitamin has a huge array of products from food to wellness, to herbs to supplements etc. They have an easy to navigate website, run sales often, give referral discounts, and usually have the cheapest prices on some of my favorite brands.

Lucky Vitamins has fabulous pricing on even more fabulous, hard to find products! Free shipping is great. I like that I can order items for my mother and ship them directly to her, but I don't like that my discount codes only apply to one purchase. I guess fewer discounts/coupons keeps the prices down, so I understand that. Love the web site - very user friendly.

Good company and great customer service. I've been using their auto save for vitamins I take monthly and when my address changed and the package was delivered to the writ address they just mailed me a new package with no additional charge

My order for several bottles of Mrs Meyer hand soap arrived with one bottle less than I had ordered. After a very long hold time when I called customer service, the agent handled the issue very well and the missing bottle arrived a few days later. Need better quality control for shipping items.

While searching for a discount code, the process of check out had to be continually renewed as each code was used. It is tedious having to practically start the check out process each time, could be frustrating if a person allows it to be. Overall though, the prices were very competitive, nice variety of products and I will definitely order from this website again depending on how items ordered arrive.

I order from Canada. Even with shipping and duty, many of the prices can't be beat. Their prices are easily 30-50% cheaper than even Amazon. However if you order standard delivery, it can take up to 3 weeks to get to Canada. I assume because of customs. So I'd recommend the faster option which includes duty. I've ordered many times and have had no issues. I highly recommend Lucky Vitamin.
