This company thrives on false advertising of there products and on top of that will charge your credit card more than the initial amount trying to get your issue resolved is also like pulling teeth all you will get is endless be put on hold and transferred to someone else who doesn't know the left from the right as well as multiple hang-ups I strongly urge you not to use this company for there products there are more competitive companies out there that can provide a better quality of products and professional customer service

This is a very bad company the goods are very cheap also the most inportant is that they do not respond to you. I wrote customer service on a problem as of yet they did not get back to me. They automatically put me in the points program and is charging me a monthly fee,.
The company lures you in with so called bargain sale pricing with free shipping. Not so, you wind up with different charges at the the total. I checked the Better Business Bureau after the fact. They have numerous complaints with both charges and customer service. Luckily I only had one item for a moderate amount. Buyers Beware! Not sure how they BBB rating on their website with so many complaints.
I just noticed a $14.95 charge taken out of my account that I have never authorized! I haven't ordered from this company in years. I guess they were doing this to me and others without our knowledge. Something should be done to this company. A lawsuit would be good! They are still in business. Beware!
First, my account was hacked. Second, the thieves accidentally sent the first order to my address. They realized their mistake and sent the 2nd order to themselves in a different state. My credit card company wrote off both of the fraudulent charges, and I sent the box of items back to LTD Commodities. They are still sending me Ready Credit Payment Plan statements. They have received the items back from me, but they are still saying I have a balance. One agent says I don't owe anything, one says I only owe ~$5.00 in finance charges (!), and then someone in the credit department says I still owe $151.00. I have been tossed back and forth from customer service to the credit department over and over again. I am STILL trying to get this resolved after months and months of frustration. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
I have ordered a couple of times from LTD Commodities and have no complaints about their products. My complaint is that once you are on their email list, there is no way to get off of it. There is an unsubscribe button on their promotional emails but it takes you to their website where there is absolutely no way to unsubscribe. I called the company and they told me that they deleted my account and I would not receive any further emails. I was getting two to three promotional emails daily. It didn't change. I called them again and was told there is nothing they can do since my account was deleted. I filed a complaint with the BBB which I believe took care of one of the lists I was on. However, now I receive two emails daily from them - 48 total so far in February. The BBB will not pursue this again as I already filed a complaint with them. Don't give this company your email address!
Be very cautious when making a purchase from LTD Commodities. You will be given an "opportunity" to get a rebate for shipping costs. Submitting for that rebate is a scheme through which you are unknowingly signed up for "Perks". There will be NO rebate and the credit card that you used to make the purchase will be charged a monthly membership fee. The "membership fee will be taken out, beginning the same month that you made the purchase. The fee will be automatically charged, in the middle of the night (approx 4:00 AM). If you have made a purchase from LTD Commodities, you'd better double check your card's statement very carefully!
I have been ordering from this Company since the mid 90's when it was ABC. I have NEVER ever had a problem with ordering from them. I've moved with them from Arizona, Nevada, California to Washington then back to Arizona now in Houston, TX. Never and to this day, and almost here in Houston 12 years on 2/21 and still no complaints. Every item ordered, christmas orders always on time. So to hear it has a 2% rating is Shocking. To me it will always be a 5 Star Shopping Store. I Love the Catalogs when they arrive in my mail. I'm old school, love my Catalogs and will Always be my 5Star Store. Thank You LTD

Placed an order prematurely, called within 5 minutes of placing the order to cancel the order. The operator asked for my order number. Pulled up my account and said that it was not in the system yet and to call back in 30 minutes. Waited the 30 minutes and called back. The operator then told me that the order had already been processed and he was unable to cancel the order. Sounds like a runaround. Like I told the operator, I will return the order and not place an order with them again. This order was place at 8:45pm eastern and I'm sure that the order was not being filled as of yet. Very unprofessional.
I try to be careful with reviews as someone who is part of our family business. I know it can be brutal out there, especially right now. But I was really not pleased with our order. We loved 2 barstools we ordered last year (even though I had to switch out the tiny screws with larger ones so the top wouldn't pop off.) This year we bought 2 more to go with the set:
1) The legs wobble so my dad will have to fix it if we're keeping them.
2) The wooden seats were stained a different color than our other two and have a matte finish instead of high gloss. The new color and finish wouldn't bother me if the other two matched!
3) There's a pretty big chip in one area and I'm afraid someone will get a sliver but if we take it off there will be a huge chunk missing.
I know, I know, first world problems. But these guys were $90 each. I wish LTD had a place I could email pictures to so they would be more likely to give us a discount or something. Maybe it's temporarily taken down just during the pandemic.
Grr! I wanted to leave a good review but these flaws are giving us too much of a hassle. $90 x 2, dude. Someone should be overseeing the manufacturing process or something.
I placed an order in October and apparently two things I ordered (Christmas decorations) were on backorder. The company never sent an email to inform me and they weren't listed as backordered when I ordered them. I had to call and find out why they were missing from my package. I was told one item was permanently out of stock so I wouldn't be receiving it and the other wouldn't come until mid December. I told her it would be too long and I wanted to just cancel it. She said she processed the cancellation and I thought all was done. Until today January 8, when i get notification my item has been shipped and I see my card was charged. Again this item is a Christmas decoration and it is now January 8. Not to mention the item is now clearanced out on their site for 10$ and I paid full price for it. I call again and speak to a person who says I have to get a return label and return it if I want a refund. What a pain in the butt. I wasn't supposed to be getting it to begin with, I canceled it months ago when I called. She also tells me the second order that supposedly was canceled because it was out of stock, is set to be shipping to me in a few weeks. So I ask her to make sure she cancels it because it's another Christmas decoration and it's now January, and again I paid full price and I no longer want or need it, she says she successfully cancelled it. I'm not happy about having to return the other item so I ask to speak with a supervisor. At this point I've been on the phone for two hours. When speaking to a supervisor she says her hands are tied and to get a refund I have to return this item. I let her know that they cannot hold onto orders for an indefinite amount of time until they decide to fulfill them. It's been months, and I called to cancel it. She then tells me that their system doesn't allow them to cancel any order that is "in process" she said the company is working on it because it's become a big problem, but right now any order that is "in process" cannot be canceled. I told her that wasn't fair because as soon as you place an order it's considered "in process" which means if it's back ordered it will be "in process" until it's fulfilled which means if it's on back order for 6, 7, 8, 9 months it will be "in process" for that entire time. She told me that was correct which means once you place an order no matter the circumstances there is no way to cancel it even though when you call they will tell you they successfully canceled it. I don't even think that this is legal they cannot hold orders for an indefinite amount of time and just decide when they're going to ship it and charge your credit card especially if there's active communication from you and you're asking them to cancel the order because they can't fulfill it. This also means the cancellation that was processed for me today, on the order I was originally told was canceled because it was permanently out of stock IS going to ship to me. Maybe it will be in several weeks, maybe it will be in several months, maybe it won't be until next Christmas time who knows but whenever they decide to ship it to me they're going to charge my card and send it and I just have to wait and return that item too. Not even a supervisor can cancel it. I even tried to compromise and ask her if she would just give me a price adjustment and charge me what they're currently selling for. I thought that was more than fair considering you can buy them at a clearance price now and my items didn't ship until now and they didn't charge my card until now. I just really don't want to deal with the hassle of having to return these with a post office. The supervisor couldn't even do that for me she said their system doesn't allow it. All they can do is give me a full refund after I return them I don't understand how this company can operate the way that they are. I do not recommend ever ordering from this company because everything from start to finish was dishonest I was never even told that these were back ordered I was never given any form of communication I just had to call and find out when they didn't show up in my order and then deal with this headache from there on out. Do not deal with this company.
I have order the set of glasses and at the time of payment i never been told that they will change me for their subscription program. After few days they charged me with $14.95, when i called customer care they said you automatically opt in to get free shipping. This is fraud.
Ordered a few items, after a week one item was canceled, other items were never sent, received money back after two weeks for all of it, don't bother with this site.
I ordered 20 items and was so excited to get them. Next thing I know 3 weeks later after being told it was shipped partial of my money was refunded with no explanation! No one can tell me why either when I called! I was really looking forward to those items and some were xmas presents
I ordered a large crossbody purse. With a code shipping was to be 3.99… when placing the order that's what it stated. When the order was processed, they had added a 2.99 " carrier surcharge " that I was not told about ahead of time. So in actuality it's a shipping charge making my shipping total 6.98 not 3.99. None if this was disclosed to me before the order was processed. I got the "large" bag and could barely fit my wallet in there let alone anything else! I called to return it and customer basically said I should have checked the measurements before I ordered it! The measurements were not even available and there was barely a product description! I told her I want to return it and get my money back and don't try to turn this around to make it my fault because of measurements that weren't there! I felt they were looking for an excuse to deny my return! ( and this is what they call " easy returns "? So she said she would send a shipping label within. 24 hours and there would be a 7.99 charge for the return! I was furious at yet another tactic LTD used to take advantage of a consumer! It came via FedEx so I asked them to schedule a FedEx pickup. She said FedEx would only pick up certain items and they would not pick it up! Are you kidding me? FedEx doesn't care what they pick up! It was LTD who just won't help the consumer by scheduling FedEx to come and do a pick up! I absolutely f despise being lied to, deception and underhanded surcharges and lack of cooperation from customer service and charging an exorbitant fee for a return! I should have researched further but they made sure the my mentioned that shipping was in USA. Products however come in from China into a US location but this company is not based in US., another deception! This company will take whatever money that can from you and hide the surcharges until it's too late to cancel then charge me 7.99 for an " easy return " policy! LTD is not honest and is a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM LTD COMMODITIES!( unless you want to get shafted!)
Had to return (2) items shipped to me in (1) box. Called to return/refund due product not fitting properly. After 40 min. And repeated questions/answers was emailed incorrect airbill. Called next day demanded to speak to a Manager. After approx. 20 min on hold wait, was told would be taken care of. Was sent email with (2) airbills; one being for one item only to return, and one being for two items. Used same box as items were shipped to me in, used correct airbill showing 2 items, followed all instructions to the letter. This week received email showing confirmation of only ONE item returned for refund. Called this morning to speak to a Manager. Rep insistant on helping me. After lengthy conversation of explanations said airbill is showing "In Transit"? Upon questioning now she wants me to contact USPS! Seemed to make no difference to her that I purchased 2 items, returned 2 items with airbill showing 2 items! Due to this scam and still waiting to see what/when I'm refunded, I will never purchse again from this company.

I've called them 3 times and they refuse to send me a return label. It is NOT easy to return with them! I will not order from them again.
I ordered from LTD Commodities on 9/12/21 and received everything I ordered on 9/17/21 and that was with their free shipping over $50. The quality of the items I ordered exceeded my expectations.

Ordered from their catalog and received the items and looked nothing like what was pictured. So called for a retire and took 3 weeks to get a label. Then I mailed it back with the label they sent to me and that has been 3 weeks sent out. Called and they said I needed the tracking number which I never got when I mailed it. They said no tracking number no refund. So now it's up to me to find a traction number so I can get a refund. Needless to say I have had no luck getting a tracking number for a package sent out 3 weeks ago. Talked to a manager also and she was very rude and snotty. Never will order there again and will tell everyone I know now to.
