Had to return (2) items shipped to me in (1) box. Called to return/refund due product not fitting properly. After 40 min. And repeated questions/answers was emailed incorrect airbill. Called next day demanded to speak to a Manager. After approx. 20 min on hold wait, was told would be taken care of. Was sent email with (2) airbills; one being for one item only to return, and one being for two items. Used same box as items were shipped to me in, used correct airbill showing 2 items, followed all instructions to the letter. This week received email showing confirmation of only ONE item returned for refund. Called this morning to speak to a Manager. Rep insistant on helping me. After lengthy conversation of explanations said airbill is showing "In Transit"? Upon questioning now she wants me to contact USPS! Seemed to make no difference to her that I purchased 2 items, returned 2 items with airbill showing 2 items! Due to this scam and still waiting to see what/when I'm refunded, I will never purchse again from this company.
