I would never purchase anything from this company again. I purchased a small couch table and they charged my credit card for the purchase twice. Im glad I check my credit card transactions regulary.

I ordered from LTD Commodities. I paid via PayPal. LTD Commodities charge part of my order to PayPal, then shipped all of my items. 4 months later they told me I owed them money, which I did. The problem was they would not accept PayPal for the payment. I tried to contact customer service, 4 times via phone and 2 via chat but they were not available. I finally wrote an email that received a response. They response said the customer service rep couldn't see details of the order and they don't know why PayPal wasn't charge. THANKS for all the help!. I ended up writing a check. But I feel like something is wrong with a company that changes payment methods after shipping. I contacted PayPal and their was NO denied charge from LTD Commodities. They just never tried.

Live Plants

Do not waste your money buying live plants from LTD Commodities. The $11.30 pink pampas grass was a real joke. It was a ball of dirt about the size of a medium size strawberry with about 10 blades of greenery about 4 - 5 inches tall growing out of it. Or at least I hope it's growing. Hasn't done anything since it was planted immediately upon receipt 6 days ago. The $15.06 for 3 hens and chicks were depicted in the catalogue as being one lavender, one pink and one blue/teal. They were about 2 to 3 inches across and were all the same green to blue tipped color. Pretty, but not different colors. They are doing well, but hens and chicks are hard to kill. At least, in time, I will have about $15.06 worth of hens and chicks as they usually multiply. Pampas grass as small as this piddly thing probably will not survive, but I will work on it.

As with many others, it seems, I ordered something and was "signed" up to the tune of $14.95 a month. Did not notice charges until 3 had gone through. I called and cancelled, and complain out it and was told told I would get a rebate of about $10 back. So essentially they charged me $45 and will maybe refund $10. Sounds like fraud to me. Will never have anytime to do with them again. And will report them as well. Beware of this company. I would give 0 stars if I could

Not only did my bank account have my payment go through but they also took a second unauthorized payment for the same amount from my account. The billing department people are the worse uncaring people to talk to. One star because I have to.

I sent back a return on January 28th and still have not received my money back into my account on Feb 19th. I cant believe I have had this hard of a time with my return. I will never order from this company ever again and I will make sure i warn everyone I know. Had i known they had this bad of a rating I would have never ordered from them in the first place.

NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY

When buying an item they never say the delivery time. Now after several days, they tell me that they will have it available in March. It appears that it has not been charged, but the charges for the other items to my credit card are different than the invoice. The bill is less than what they charged me.

THEY LIE!

I have been dealing with an issues for almost a year! I have been passed around like a call girl on a Saturday night! I was given the number to the Presidential hotline to express a complaint. This number is simply the regular customer service line, and the extension given doesn't even exist! They lie time and time and TIME AGAIN! I have not gotten a straight answer to ANY of my questions. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Woman I have been dealing with Pat B. Has stopped all communication with me - after telling me she was President's "assistant". PRobably another LIE on top of so so many others!

Sketchy company...

Be careful of doing business with this company. They overcharge, don't take off promo codes or free shipping offers. It's very difficult to get through to customer service ( was for me), then you have to explain everything to them multiple times. They have nice products but a company that scams customers is no company I want to deal with.

Lies Lies and Lies

I've successfully ordered from Ltd a few times over the years. This year, they have been awful. It took an order over 4 weeks to arrive. I gave slack because of Covid. The next order, well, we received half with a note saying the rest of the order was forthcoming. We tracked it, and it never moved from the warehouse. We called and were told. D, "it's on the way". Finally, wa customer rep admitted both items were backorder until, JULY! These are Christmas items. Not Covid this time, just crzppy business pratices. All it would have taken was an email informing us or even a note in the first shipment. We'll see how quickly we get a refund. Never again will I purchase from them.

Gourmet pretzel tubs

I bought 2 of your pretzel tubs the first tub itself was broken that the plastic tub and then 17 out of the 20 pretzels were also broken. The second tub was intact but had several broken pretzels in it. The Flavor is good but I'm glad I bought them for myself and not presents. I would never give away broken pretzels

Do not use this company you will not get your packages in a timely matter. Poor customer service they will tell you anything. Takes 10 or more day just to get to the delivery service. They do not tell you this when you order.

Be careful!

I used a promo code with free shipping. When I checked my cc statement, I noticed that they overcharged my card $10. When I called customer service, I had to do the math for the csr three times before she figured out my credit. I went to the website and made up a simple order with a current promo code, it didn't take off the correct amount. This company is trying to rip off unsuspecting customers, people who don't think to check and make sure they were charged the correct amount. Be careful!

Poor customer service

This company has the wordt customer service ever! I ordered several items on a buy 6 get the 7th free promotion. My free item was $2.99. The next day, the entire website was 30% off. I called them to see if they can cancel my order so I could place a new order with the current deal and they said this was not possible even though my order had not shipped yet. They said the best I could do was to place a new order and return the first shipment when I received it. It cost $7.99 to return something! I asked if the could just do a price adjustment and they acted like I was crazy to even suggest such a thing since I had already received a promotion. That was the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard. This company is extremely had to work with and even less friendly. I had one customer service representative hang up on me when I tried to call and talk to someone rather than chat over the internet.

Crappy Company

This company thrives on false advertising of there products and on top of that will charge your credit card more than the initial amount trying to get your issue resolved is also like pulling teeth all you will get is endless be put on hold and transferred to someone else who doesn't know the left from the right as well as multiple hang-ups I strongly urge you not to use this company for there products there are more competitive companies out there that can provide a better quality of products and professional customer service

It takes forever to get a refund from them. We returned 2 things and they keeping asking if we returned one thing. I'm still waiting for the refund don't use them if you have another choice.

DISAPPOINTED

AFTER SPENDING CLOSE TO $100.00, I HAD AN ISSUE AND SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY. HE KEPT TELLING ME THE "SYSTEM" COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING I WAS ASKING FOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE WOULD NOT LET ME! I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
