Ordered flowers for Mother's Day because said they'd deliver, did not arrive even 2 days later! No response to email and telephone not answered. Appalling!

Ordered flowers for mothers day never got delivered now I've been sent money bk no explanation no email disgusting service would not recommend

We chose to send flowers to my mother in law via this company. I ordered two weeks in advance for mother's day. Not only did they not deliver any flowers but they did not reply to my complaint made via e-mail. I then complained by phone and got an answerphone so I left a message and still got no reply. This company is a complete con and should be removed from the internet. Do not waste your time.

This company did not deliver the flowers I hoped would go to my mother on mothers day, they did not contact me or get back to me when I complained with a voice message as no one is ever available to speak with. I've never had a such bad experience with a business. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me and reimburse my money. The flowers should have arrived three days ago and still haven't arrived. Do not use this company.

Takes your money but does not bother to deliver. Cannot contact them or even refund. DO NOT use this company nothing but thieves

I've placed a order for birthday flowers twice, last year had same issue, and same issue this year.
I thought I'll give them a second chance.
Unfortunately very poor service, not reliable at all.
I wouldn't recommend them to no1.
Last year flowers were delivered 1 week later, and the condition of the flowers we're very poor, emailed them for full refund, but unfortunately didn't get a refund.
This year no flower delivery for a friends birthday. Very disappointed

Recently ordered some flowers from flora world! Ordered based on an app pictures!
Very disappointed about amount and look of flowers!
Absolutely joke and even payed extra £5-6 for next day delivery, but unfortunately the item arrived with delay, 2 days later!

Originally flowers cost £45, they discontinued them to £14,99 + £5,99 delivery! Have a look for the picture of arrived flowers please and avoid this company please!

Sent wrong flowers so I asked for a replacement. They said there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I sent them photos to compare the image on their website with what was received then they blocked my email address! Very disappointed in this company and won't be using them again. Photo on left is what was ordered and photo on right is what was received.

Scam company

Ordered flowers for Valentines day, received confirmation that they would be delivered on 14/02/2023. Did bot arrived. Email this company several times and no response. Flowers still have not arrived told this morning a refund would take 5-7 days. Appalling Customer Service and took no responsibility for the non delivery.

I ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday five days prior to delivery they came a day late and i recived a valentines day bunch of flowers instead of the ones i picked out from the birthday section and there was not 50% extra flowers in there which i also paid extra for this company are a joke. Below are the flowers i ordered and what i recived.

I bought some flowers for my auntie for Xmas, when they arrived alot of the flower heads were broken and all the stems were slimy like they'd been sat in a vase for weeks.very poor quality and I've tried emailing the company it comes up as error wrong email address and it's on there website.

I have ordered flowers for a special occassion (birthday) 1 week prior to it and the flowers never came. When i emailed the company they blamed striking members in royal mail- no sorry for inconvienience nothing. I advise you against ordering from them as it is uncertain the flowers will come as you wish. 0/5 poor customer service and no guarantee of product delivery.

Ordered flowers for delivery 10\09\22, did not arrive. Phoned customer line twice, had to leave message, emailed 3 times, no reply. Very disappointing, out of pocket and no flowers delivered

Ordered flowers for Saturday been told deliver tomorrow Tuesday come up with excuse post office on strike informed her that no strikes were called off because of the death of our queen will not be ordering from them ever again

3 days later after ordering flowers for next day delivery the flowers still have not arrived. Contacted company and as the review title suggests, they didn't care. They take your money and run. Avoid and use a reputable company.
