Shocking customer service

Ordered and paid for flowers fromlovelyfloralworld
Ordered and paid for flowers from lovelyfloralworld on the 21st Jan 2019 to be delivered on the 25th Jan '19 for my friends birthday. It states on their website order before 2pm and they will be same day after will be next day this was NOT the case they wasn't delivered at all even though the money was taken from my account. I emailed them 3 times before getting a reply and finally today ( 5 days later) they emailed me a SHORT message saying they will deliver some to the address I asked them to In the 1st place NO apology no offer of any compensation for lack of service etc. I wont be recommending this company and certainly won't be buying from them again Shocking customer service
