Ordered for my wife on our anniversary. Didn't arrive and after complaining was told they would be here the next day. Then got a text saying the day after That! Only problem is we will be away. Coming home to dead flowers by the look of it. The company do not care for your concerns at all.
What was ordered compared to what was delivered bears little resemblance, especially as I had paid extra for 50%more blooms. I ordered 10 days in advance of my friends birthday- they arrived a week late, minus the birthday balloon I had also paid for and many of the flower heads had broken off! All attempts to get a refund have failed. Appalling service.
I ordered a Pink Santini Bouquet for £14.99 on the 22nd April for my mums birthday, they arrived yesterday.
Half the flowers missing, no water in the box. Mum's words were 'you can tell they've been in transit because there all dry not fresh and not many in there".
False advertising on website too, says delivery is free yet had to pay £1.99 how is that free?
Sent them an email for an update on the order, never got an email back or an update. Very bad customer service.
Not impressed at all and very disappointed. My mum said I'd of been better going to Asda and spending less.

Completely useless, do not use this company. Flowers ordered for a birthday (yesterday) still haven't arrived. No one answers phone and email response was that in busy periods the delivery may be 2-3 days late. What an absolute farcical way to respond in a market where service is absolutely crucial. Joke of a company. Please use one of the many other companies out there who have no problem achieving what this shower are unable to do.
Ordered Mothers days flowers for my mum who we have not seen for nearly a year. The same as a lot of people during the pandemic. They did not arrive today and unable to contact them. No email or communication! I want a refund. Order number *******. Disgusting how they can operate and get away with it. Also paid £4.95 for postage. Please avoid this company and heartache of trying to send a loved one flowers!
Terrible, totally disappointed. Ordered a bunch of flowers paid for 50% extra but only received normal size bunch. No estimated delivery time was given so had to wait for whole day. When the flowers arrived they where so dry and lifeless not at all fresh. On their website all the reviews must have been written by themselves as you cannot add reviews. Phoned to ask for estimates delivery time but no proper answer was given. Overall they are very very bad. Please dont waste your money.
The same ordered for mothers day arrived 3 days later, no response to emails. Avoid this company like the plague. They rip off and let people down. They dont care. Their website is a tissue of lies and should be shut down.
I bought some flowers for my auntie for Xmas, when they arrived alot of the flower heads were broken and all the stems were slimy like they'd been sat in a vase for weeks.very poor quality and I've tried emailing the company it comes up as error wrong email address and it's on there website.
Ordered flowers a week in advance of Mother's Day selected 13th for delivery paid £4.95 for "tracked" delivery nothing ever arrived no contact had to reclaim money from the bank! Clearly a scam company please avoid the heart break and order elsewhere!
Ordered a mother's day bouquet 1 week ago and have only just arrived. No replies to emails. Other customers have had the same problems, including some having payments taken twice. Bouquet that arrived was supposed to be a £20 bouquet with extra flowers, don't think so! They look more like garage/supermarket ones rewrapped. They were delivered by Royal Mail and not a florist and left outside on my mothers doorstep. And look at the ridiculous card that came with them! Complete rip off!
Ordered flowers for my 81 year old mum, stupidly believing everything on the site including reviews. Despite emails to confirm the order and then another that the bouquet was complete and ready for delivery, the flowers arrived a day late and my poor old mum thought I'd forgotten her special day. There was no warning or apology for the delay. On top of that the 24 roses delivered Tuesday morning were all dead by Thursday morning. I've already emailed the company three times now to no avail and it looks like the reviews on their website and on Facebook are being "filtered" by the company. I would give them no stars if I could and am taking things further. Disgusting service and I intend finding a way of stopping this from happening to anybody in the future.

NO STARS! I ordered some flowers for my mum to be delivered on Mothers Day. She waited all day by the window in anticipation of a courier delivering them. They never arrived. It may not be a big deal to this company having read other reviews here, but my mum is heartbroken. I don't get to see her much due to distance, and she is pretty much housebound due to failing health, so gestures like these, however small, mean the world to her. I now feel like I have let her down because she never got the flowers, and I have spent the last three days apologising and have sent other gifts to her to make up for this, but it's not the same. This company are absolute rotters and don't care about letting their customers down. How many Mothers Days have they ruined this year? Just look at the reviews here - I wish I had checked here before ordering. They need shutting down now, please do not give them any more of your money and facilitate so much disappointment. Mark

The flowers were left by her gate, so surprise ruined as I had to tell her to look out for them.
The flowers certainly didn't match the picture. I can get 2 bunches in the local supermarket for a lot less. There was only flowers and 2 very scant pieces of foliage.
I complained and they asked me to send pics. No reply. Re-sent email... No reply. A week later I sent again. They told me their senior florist said the flowers were correct

The whole experience of getting surprised with flowers was spoilt.
Flowers arrived at my house instead, so i had to deliver them myself to my friend as there was no phone number to ring for this company to find out what they were going to do. Message printed on cheap, tacky card was half missing. Flowers looked like they'd be dead within 24 hours. Pay more and use a professional company. DO NOT USE
I actually feel a 1 is generous. So they turned up to the wrong address, 3 DAYS LATE, oh and if that's not bad enough they were half the size. Absolutely fuming, and by the looks of all the bad reviews I'm not the only one it's happened to. Will be contacting trading standards if they don't reply to my emails. Been emailing them since Tuesday. No response whatsoever. Furious isn't the word.
Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. Was informed two days before due date that the flowers had been posted. Didn't arrive for 1 week. So missed her birthday, and the flowers were dead. Tried on many occasions to contact the Company for a refund, but only got an automated reply saying they were looking into my complaint. This has been going on since April. I suggest you do not order flowers from this Company. They are a joke! Had to give a rating to proceed with review. Put in 1 but really 0 was more honest.
Took my money for Mother's Day flowers but they didn't turn up like I paid for this happened to what seems like hundreds of people. The bad comments on their Facebook page means they just deleted their page. They have said they won't refund me as ‘the order has been passed to the florist' even though they state on their website ‘we fulfil all orders direct' they knew they couldn't fill all orders but still took peoples money. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I ordered flowers for my daughter as she has just got a new job. Nothing like the photo. I asked for 50% more. Even with that it's just like a small bunch of carnations. It did come next day but still a rip off. Should be closed. Is this company working from a garage? As someone else said. They are like garage flowers. At least they were not dead.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
