Arrived day before. No chocolate!
Flowers do not look like on page they arrived flat in box and she put them in vase as they looks poor condition. No wrapping.
Plain cheap flowers l paid over £20
With postage.by royal Mail flat like a book!
Try to speak to them over emails absolutely joke
And they not even apologies or try to sort out the problem they stand out as they happy with the service they provided bla bla bla...
This was a gift for my autie for her 60th birthday very disappointing and waste of money and time service absolutely awful...
And please dont spent your money with them you can get better flowers and gifts from other sites... waste and disappointing place!
Bought or so I thought a baby boy teady for my nephews arrival I was sent something that was nothing like the photo it didn't say baby boy infact it was a plain £1 shop bear.They con you into buying something that is clearly no what they have and send tacky crap ripping you off and scamming people out of money
I told everyone I knew to use this site, and many many did, I was that impressed with the cost and usually the quality. Then I ordered flowers for my sisters Birthday (very important) I ordered well in advance. Her birthday is December 21st, no flowers they came 5 days LATE so 5 day old flowers...since they kept telling me they were in transit...as bad as that was, I am giving a negative review is that when I contacted them several times... I got a repetitive response that was neither caring or professional, thats what it! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME...
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday surprise.paid extra for guaranteed delivery date.but still they arrived a day late.spoilt the surprise and day.no explanation given or reply to my e mails.avoid this company like the plaque.NEVER AGAIN.
Joyful splendour bouquet. Not... terrible customer service no response in emails. Only responses through Resolver on the Internet. Repetitive generated comments. No interest in refunds. Item not as displayed on their site.embarrassing for the person who received them.
If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not use this service. Their website allowed me to order for the bank holiday Monday and they advised on the day due that they would deliver 2 days later than planned?! I asked for a refund but they stated to refuse delivery instead, but the recipient was not going to be at the property two days later! Basically they don't want to refund and make it very difficult for you. Avoid at all costs. Attached photos of what my mother received (2 days late) and what she should have received! When you ask for refund they state to return the item but then you have to pay postage! They will not cover return postage. Complete scam. I hope the company is closed down by trading standards. A disgrace to the floral industry.

Ordered flowers and a balloon for my wife's birthday. Only the flowers turned up I also ordered 50% extra flowers and to be honest it looks like what a normal
Amount should be. When I contacted them all they offered was a refund for the balloon. Customer service is diabolical.
My advice use someone else and avoid these guys
I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response. They don't give a damn about their customers. Never order!
I ordered a bouquet for my elderly aunt's birthday. They arrived two days early, probably because they wouldn't have lasted much longer. The roses had brown spots on the leaves and were wilting, the next day they had wilted completely. They didn't even make it to her birthday. No reply to the company's email. Won't be using them again.

I ordered a lovely purple focused bouquet with variety of colours and flowers and a lovely balloon that complimented it. And what I got- the yellow awful bouquet with totally different flowers and colou. Unhappy customer and recipient. I was so embarrassed when they shared the picture of 30 quid flowers.
Complained and apparently showed to senior florist and apparently it's the same and nothing is wrong?! The balloon was totally different and rubbish too... But if they couldn't tell the flowers were the wrong colour... Then I doubt they would notice the balloon
I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the14th may. They asked me when i wanted them delivering, it is now the 15th still not got them,i told the caller i wanted to cancel as they are going away in a couple of days, she said no, i will never use this firm again, so i assume the flowers will be rubbish too
Absolutely discusting meant to arrive on the 19th for Mother's Day turnt up week late, tried contacting several times no reply from them! & their awful and meant to be large! Do not order from them!

Order didn't arrive till two days after the stated date. Flowers were already dying and the bouquet was a third of the size it should have been. Repeatedly ignored my emails and refused a refund, when I asked to make an official complaint they ceased contact completely.
Had a bouquet sent to home for mothers day gift. It arrived 4 days early. Wasnt in water. Rose's were drooping and after putting the bunch in water they just got worse. Have emailed customer service but had no reply. Avoid.
Ordered for my sister, even added 50% extra but very disappointed at how few flowers there were,(only 16 actual flowers), 1 tiny bit of gypsophila which was on a very short stem and another short piece of fern type greenery. Looks nothing like the picture they use About 5 heads broken. Not worth the money( £17.24) Won't be using them again.
This company promises next day delivery - doesn't happen, It shows lovely bouquets - nothing like the true thing at all, you have the option to buy 50% more flowers - I'd hate to see how many stems are in one without the 50% extra as these were pathetic. When emailing the company as they had not been delivered I got a could not care less style email back. I'm tempted to go to trading standards they are that bad
I should have received flowers on mother's day but they didn't turn up until the following Tuesday. They were a small bunch even though costing over £30. Postage extra. When received they had no water in the small bit of cellophane wrapped around the stems and were clearly on the verge of dying. I'm afraid the reviews on their own site and pictures of large bunches of flowers do not match reality. Stay away and pop to a supermarket or get from a local flower shop where at least the flowers are fresh and cost a third this outfit charge. Disgusting company who cheat the public.
Awful flowers, awful customer service and company ignoring legal consumer rights! Do not waste your money, just throw it away instead then you'll get a bonus of not having to attempt (or failed attempts) to deal with the company in order to resolve issues. I received the half dead roses and crispy leaves (as pictured)
I ordered these flowers for delivery on 17th April and nowhere on my confirmation did it say they would likely be delivered several days late. When they arrived most of the flowers were brown and several of the smaller flowerheads had been knocked off. This was not the cheer up for my daughter that was intended, if anything it made it worse! I emailed straight away for a refund but have had no answer and the phone is continuously engaged all day, every day. I would not recommend anyone to use this company at the moment as they plainly are not coping with orders! Having read other reviews I am not hopeful for a refund either!
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
