Very unhelpful when through illness we wanted to change address. Didn't arrive on due date. Incompetent. They rob people of their money and good wishes. Please do not order from this company. Only gave them one star (Instead of nine) because they did answer my email, although response was not helpful.

Disgraceful customer service flowers were delivered 4 days late. The person who said she sas the manager put the phone down on me. I have requested a full refund and if I don't receive this will take them to small claims court

Absolute rubbish

Their website lies, I know this as have left 3 negative reviews (yes I didn't learn 3 times) and none of them show, they only post the good ones. You will pick up better in any petrol station. Customer service appalling, do not stick to delivery dates, terrible quality

Son sent me a mother's bouquet from this company. Flowers held together with bit of sellotape, no water or flower food hence on opening half of them were dying and lily buds had been trapped in box lid so were brown. E-mailed Customer Service and 1 week later not received reply... definitely it seems not a reputable company!

Wish Id have read the reviews before spending money with this company - flowers arrived 4 days after mothers day and were completely dead. Sent emails asking for a refund as there is no phone number to call; emails have bounced back as their inbox is full, I think that shows how many frustrated people are trying to contact them...

Don't use at all

Ordered birthday flowers, arrived with some missing and looking nothing like the website. Facebook site blocked messages, no answering phone or email. Flowers died within 2 days... absolute disgrace I'm sure reviews on web page are made up!

Terrible

Ordered for mothers day, my mum is in a nursing home. Absolutely terrible, so disappointed, looks like they were picked out of a field 5 days previous. Absolutely rubbish. Wished I read reviews before wasting my money. Never use again

Wish I'd read the reviews of the company before I ordered.

Along with numerous other people it appears, I placed an order only to have it turn up nearly a week late. The order was incorrect and they do not answer emails or their phone - which is permanently off the hook.

How this company is allowed to continue trading I don't know? I've yet to read one half decent review anywhere about them.

Save your money before ordering from these scammers!

Ordered Mother's Day flowers. One order never received and still not, and the other in terrible condition, heads missing, dry, not wrapped in cellophane/ Emailed so far 4 times, no telephone numbers available, and absolutely no personal response, just a bog standard 'we aim to deal with your complaint in 2 days'. Disgusting. Don't use them!

I'll let you all be the judge, picture 1 what was on the website, picture 2 what arrived.
Whilst grateful they even arrived, albeit 2 days later than planned, I would say that I am underwhelmed.
The kind offer to have 20% off the next order will not be used!
I would avoid this company altogether!

Flowers delivered 3 days before the requested delivery date including opening Lily's. Raised the issue via email and just received a despatch note where they sent out four more bouquets that would arrive after the required date. Contacted them via telephone to escalate but refused refund.
I would question if the companies florists are trained and qualified and I challenge their claim being customer care separates them from competitors. Their website also includes other false claims and advertisement.
Had they dealt with my issue is an appropriate manner this rating may have been a lot different, having being a senior customer service advisor in my past employment I would urge others not to use this company and I will share this information with others to prevent them being victim to this fraudulent company.

I ordered the £11.99 flowers from this website (that was on a half price deal)for my mother in laws birthday she said I didn't get my money's worth from them wasn't impressed as it's so annoying at the moment I thought I'd send flowers instead of just a card as we can't get to see her under these circumstances, won't be ordering from these ever again have gone with Waitrose since much better deals

Flowers arrive with broken stems brown & petals falling off, said they would send a replacement never arrives asked for refund not responding to any emails once they have taken your money they are not interested avoid at all cost!

Government needs to clamp down on these businesses. Take your money in seconds then run for the hills

Abosolute Joke

I ordered flowers for my mum for mother's day instead of F at end of postcode i placed G. This post code puts the delivery address was 3 feet from the correct delivery address... however the full address was not taken into account and I have now been told they will not re-deliver or give me a refund spend £35 on the flowers it is an absolute disgrace and I had to send 3 emails and ask them to refer me to complaints before I even got a reply... disgusted with this company... I also notice they have deleted their Facebook page so no one can leave reviews on there, they are obviously well aware of their terrible service!

Pathetic

Order number: *******. False advertising. Flowers were a pathetic representation of what i paid for. Paid extra for 50% more too, looked like it was valued at £2.50! Complained and was promised a replacement, it still hasn't arrived a week later. No communication from them either. Will never use this company again. Terrible.

If you want half dead flowers 2 days late then these are your guys. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone, wish id checked the reviews online 1st as it turns out all the ones on their site are added by them (you cant add a review on their site yourself). Stay clear of these tempting cheap prices
