These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.

I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.

If you havent received flowers yet, get in touch with your bank and ask them for a 'charge back'. Ive just spoke to someone from Trading Standards and thats what hes told me to do.
