I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday which was on 12/06/20, I went to visit her a couple of days later and happened to ask where the roses were and she informed me that they had died and that they were not good when she received them. I had ordered the mixed roses plus the 50% extra. I contacted Lovely floral world via their messaging service telling them what had happened but no reply, I emailed them and got what looked like an automated reply telling me not to get in touch more than once as this will slow the system down, it is now 08/07/20 and still no response. Customer services is appalling. I noticed that of the reviews on the web page which could be seen were all 5 star which makes me wonder if they are real reviews at all. My mum was 83 and this is not what I had wanted for her.

I ordered 2 X bouquets for my Mum and Mum-in-law for Xmas.
They were beautiful on arrival but all the roses had dropped right over 3 days later.
I've emailed 3 times and not even had a reply.
Disgusting!

Con artist.

Took my money but no flowers. Asked for refund. Betty who works for this company hung up. Rang again and told I would not get a refund even tho I did not receive the flowers. Waited all day till 17.15. Dont use this cowboy company. Goto your local flower shop instead. Royal mail are now taking up the case.

Awful ~ late delivery, poor service, poor flowers

Well what can I say ordered a bouquet on 01/01/21 to be delivered on the 09//01/21 for a ruby wedding anniversary come the 10/01/21 they hadn't arrived. E-mailed flora world to find out where the flowers were the only reply was automatic. Phoned them the next day all I got was we are busy on a automatic message leave your name and number we will call you back which never happened. E-mailed them again finally had a reply saying we have had to postpone some orders but they were doing their best. Finally managed to speak to someone at flora world 12/01/21 after making a number attempts hopefully they will be delivery by 13/01/21. The flowers have just arrived and my brother has sent me a photo but look nothing like what I order they look like a cheap bunch from a supermarket no nice presentation of bow not impressed and not worth the stress or money.

I ordered mothers day flowers a week in advance and selected mother Sunday for delivery. I received an email three days before my selected delivery date to say that my flowers were ready and would be delivered on the date I selected. Then... nothing...mothering Sunday came and went...I tried to contact customer services on the Monday and couldn't get through (wait was too long) so I sent an email asking them to cancel my order. It is now 1.5 weeks later and I still haven't had a response. I phoned yesterday and they said it was tough, they were busy and haven't got through their emails yet. They referred me to small print on their website saying that deliveries could be delayed by up to four days however they got the terms wrong as it said 1-2 days. The person I was talking to just said 'well it must have been taken down after the mothers day rush'. I was told they would refund my £5 delivery and could keep repeating herself but she couldn't do anything else for me. Terrible customer service. No notifications that there would be any delays.

Sent flowers to a bereaved friend expressing my sympathy. The flowers arrived without card or message. Only by third party did I get to know this. Embarrassment all round. Recipient didn't know who they were from so as she could thank me. I would have been upset she did not thank me. Contacted customer service asking for refund. The offered me 20% off next order. As if. I would ever use. Them again! When I complained they said they only refund they gave was on quality of flowers. Be warned if you flowers arrive late, delivered to wrong address, no message, you get nothing. As I have seen in other reviews cheap flowers but cheap customer service!

Take a wide birth of this company quality very poor customer care very poor. Flowers left on door step even though we were in at the time of delivery. We watched the delivery drop them off them jump in he van and on her way out before we got to the door. The images are two after delivery, they said good for two weeks.

Drooping roses
December 20, 2017

Flowers delivered yesterday to a poorly relative to cheer her up. Made her feel even worse having to tell us how awful her surprise bouquet was. We even paid extra to make them bigger. Roses droopy, dead sad flowers. Huge disappointment. Will never use again. Awaiting response from their customer services

Complete rip oiff

Flowers arrived three days late, completely dead. They went straight in the bin and my Grandmother did not get a mothers day gift. No reply to emails and no contact number. A complete con and im so upset she didn't get her present.

Floral delivery

I ordered a delivery of flowers on 27 November to be delivered today... it was for my wife on our 1st anniversary... Awful avoid

I order flowers on Friday for a special day for a friend Saturday. Said on line sat date to be deliver. Then I hear nothing it now Monday I notice 3 payments have came out of my account in which I only order once. So I am now fuming sent email rang spoke to a man on Tuesday said o I check see if flowers went out ring you back said also I'm angry all this money came out of my account said sometimes it can happen it our system. Not good enough I am now on Wednesday and phone doesn't answer when you call them. Avoid this business it awful and no communication rated no stars

Order flowers for my mum for mothers day it is now 18/3/2021 and she still has not received them, cannot get through to the customer service number and when I log onto my account it shows I have no orders.
Interesting that I received an email today from trust pilot to leave a review!
This company must be a scam, will be contacting my credit card to reverse the payment as goods not received.

Absolutely dreadful. Flowers arrived a day late which was fine but they were dead. When I emailed (they refuse to speak to you) they insisted on photo evidence. I got this (embarrassing as it was to ask the recipient) showing them dead on arrival. They said they would send more next day. They didn't arrive so I chased. They said, give it another day. No response. Another three emails ignored. That was over a week ago. Now they will not respond to my emails at all. They happily took the money and will not make contact back. I have wasted hours with these people. They are the very very worst

Ordered flowers for Valentines day, received confirmation that they would be delivered on 14/02/2023. Did bot arrived. Email this company several times and no response. Flowers still have not arrived told this morning a refund would take 5-7 days. Appalling Customer Service and took no responsibility for the non delivery.

Terrible delivery

Do not use this company although you pay £4.75 over and above delivery fee to track your delivery all you get is an email telling you flowers are out for delivery they use Royal Mail and only try the once to deliver then they go to the sorting office my friend who had just lost her dad had a card put through and she had to travel over 2 mile on public transport to pick up her own flowers that I had sent her

Ordered some flowers for my daughter who started her A levels paid bit extra for 50% more flowers, they arrived in lovely box that was all that was nice half lilies were off stems I paid £17.99 for these flowers nothing like picture on website shocking customer service
Now in the banks hand waiting for refund

Ordered two lots of flowers from them nothing received. Emailed them to complain they replied that they were looking into it. Never heard anything back. Then received an email from them today wanting me to review their service. Order at your risk they are a load of scammers. They took my money quickly enough. Really angry

I ordered lovely bunch of flowers as a present, never been so embarrassed of what had turned up, flowers different from what I ordered and when phoned them to say, they said there head florist looked at them and nothing wrong with them poor customer service. Just emailed trading standers, just don't want anyone falling victim to this company

Flowers were for my parents anniversary, as we live far from them I tend to use flower delivery.
When they arrived they were dry and dead, the stems were cut in different lengths and my parents said you can get better flowers from the reduced section at the petrol station.

When I contacted the company they promised to re deliver, still waiting.

Do not use, appalling quality and no customer service. Wish I would of found this site earlier.

This company has let me down badly.
20 white roses were ordered and paid for.
When i asked my friend had they arrived she said no, then rang me the next day saying they had arrived and were dead.
It took a week to reach her.
Why did they take so long when dates were
Supposed to deliver next day?
I would like my money back so i can buy her
Some from a reputable firm that can be relied
Upon.
