This company has let me down badly.
20 white roses were ordered and paid for.
When i asked my friend had they arrived she said no, then rang me the next day saying they had arrived and were dead.
It took a week to reach her.
Why did they take so long when dates were
Supposed to deliver next day?
I would like my money back so i can buy her
Some from a reputable firm that can be relied

My flowers ordered by my son didn't arrive until today and what a state they were in, a small bunch put in a large cardboard box. They were held together with a bit of sellotape and most of the flower heads were broken. There was no sachet of feed and the card was very poorly done. I seem to be only one of many very upset mums. Stay away form this fraudulent company, they absolutely do not deliver what they advertise
I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day but they never arrived on the day. (Actually it was stated in my email it would be the day before). I was worried and thought I'd been conned! I tried to contact Lovely Flora World but the only way of communicating is via email. There is no customer facing service which to me is a big problem. I never received any reply or apology and the flowers eventually arrived... late. Not good enough and I wont use this company again.
This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. 2 bunches of flowers never arrived and NO replies to any emails sent to them. Avoid at all costs as you will regret having even bothered dealing with this lousy company!
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They arrived on time but in a box that didn't fit all the flowers in. Half of the flowered were either dead or had heads bent due to being squashed in the box. Have emailed company but no reply. Avoid! Don't waste your money

I managed to get my money back despite no apology or contact from customer services personnel. I did have to email twice a day for weeks but in the end I had a refund. I received an email saying the money was being put back onto my card and nothing else and it has been done. I still wish obviously my Mum had not had her Mothers day ruined by this company!
I ordered flowers for mothers day which didn't arrive, I haven't even had a response to the emails that I have sent to try to get my money back after over 2 weeks.

I ordered from this company what I thought would be lovely bouquet of flowers which hopefully would have cheered her up
What arrived today was shocking the bouquet was nothing like the picture on their website flowers are wilting and have died I could have gone to any supermarket and picked the same bunch of flowers up for £5.00. I also asked for 50% extra flowers.
Absolutely shocking the state of the bouquet my wife received today. Should have read the reviews before ordering as how can a company get away with conning people and be allowed to get away with it.
I sent these flowers to my sister and brother in law to celebrate their anniversary. They were absolutely thrilled with them. She rang me as soon as they arrived and was so surprised that some of the flowers and the bow of ribbon was the same colour as her bridesmaid's dress, what a coincidence? I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended you to several people.
Flowers arrived to our friends today instead of Thursday and looked half dead, also not what I ordered. I understand it's hard at the moment but if you can't deliver the service don't say you can, people would prefer to be told the truth and not waste their money at this time.
The only reason I gave 1 is because you have to give some sort of rating.
My question is how does this company have over 4000 reviews on their own site... All positive might I add, when I have seen lots of negative reviews on here and twitter. My only regret is i didn't read these before I ordered.
I'm reporting to trading standards and my bank to get my money back... and Companies House if I can. They should be ashamed of themselves and be stricken off.
Unfortunately I can't not give less than one star. In a short words, bad customer service. Flowers are not even worth a fiver. You may spend 50 percent extra on top of standard bunch to get extra flowers but you won't. It's a con and a disappointment all rounder. Never again not worth the wait or the money.
I had flowers sent to a friend in a care home for Christmas They were delivered on the Tuesday before Christmas and her husband said by Christmas Day they were dying. I tried to contact seller but over the holiday no one was there. I left messages but have never been called back. Very disappointed with this company.
I ordered flowers with a delivery date of 23 December 2019, allowing an extra day, as I needed for Christmas.
On 24 December, I realised I'd had no correspondence from the company, apart from an automated receipt at the time of order. So, I called and left a voicemail on the answerphone and emailed the company a couple, each time asking for my order to be cancelled.
The flowers finally arrived, dishevelled on 27 December. By then I was in hospital. When I did receive a response, I was asked to send them back! They were only fit for the compost heap by the time I got out of hospital.
It meant my family had a frantic rush on Christmas Even to find similar flowers.
On its website, there are only five star reviews, which are clearly pre-approved. This in itself should ring alarm bells.
The customer service is non-existent. Do not trust this company.
Ordered Pink Mystic +50% for my Mum's 70th, she received the worst bunch of flowers that I have ever seen. I should have stuck with interflora! No reply from customer services despite contacting them several times. Will NEVER use again!
Ordered 2 lots of mother's day flowers - cards with flowers had nothing in them. Unbeknown to me, because my mother in law is so polite, the flowers were in a very poor condition and died in 2 days. The same with my mother - all flowers pathetic and dead in 2 days! They were advertised as 50% more flowers, but they just looked like a bunch you would pick up from a supermarket.
Very, very poor customer service - they did give a refund for one order, but have ignored my second request. They do not reply to emails.
Very disappointed with the service, no flowers have arrived on the date requested. Phoned numerous times and also emailed to no avail! Obviously the company is one big scam! If only I had read the reviews for this company prior to purchasing I would have avoided them like the plague! If I do not get a refund I will be taking this case to trading standards! From a very disgruntled old age pensioner!
The flowers were 3 day's late arriving. I contacted the company twice, but had no response, not even an automatic standard reply. When the "bouquet" finally arrived, it had hardly any flowers in it. The special event that these flowers were ordered for was spoiled. I shall not be using this company again, and wish I'd read the other reviews on here, instead of the company's own website, before I ordered. Not happy.

I ordered Mothers day flowers on Wednesday and asked for them to be delivered Friday, I thought this would be better as it guaranteed someone would be home, and meant we would is the 'Mothers day rush'
I got my confirmation on the the Thursday, all looked good.
Nothing delivered, I waited patiently giving an additional day, and then waiting thinking they would arrive mothers day.
Still Nothing... I finally complained Monday, and haven't had a reply. A generic post was put up on Facebook, stating some orders were not delivered, but as of yet they have not answered me, or issued a refund.

A flower company that cannot deliver flowers for Mothers day, its simply a joke. Just save yourself the embarrassment (and money) of missing a special occasion and steer clear of this scam of a company.
DO not use this company. Ordered a bouquet for Mothers day - the Purple Moon Bouquet (plus additional 50% flowers) as my mum loves the colour purple. The bouquet she has received is nothing as per the pic. No comms from the company and have started a cash back claim with my bank. Flowers on left are what I ordered, and on the right is what my Mum received. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered flowers on Saturday afternoon, was told be email that they were ready for delivery on Monday evening. Today is Thursday and no sign of them at my friend's address. So much for "order the flowers between 17.00 Friday and 17.00 Monday and they will be delivered on Tuesday. Seriously disappointed with this firm, still no flowers and will never use again. The terms and conditions mean they can just about do what they like and you can't do anything about it!

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
