I ordered some flowers for my mum on mothers day. They arrived wilting and brown. Water couldn't bring them back to life. So disappointed that my mum received these. I have had no response from Lovely Flora, they have my money and now are ignoring my emails. Appalling service! Stay away!

In short, flowers were returned to post office and then picked up Dead and rotting!
This company will take your money, but not ensure the flowers are received by tbe recipient!
Do not use this company; inefficient and ineffective.
Nothing in place to handle the bouquets with care, if recipient not home at time of delivery.
An update, they've said they didn't send the flowers I'm complaining about. Funny that they had a card from me on. I'm not going to get anywhere as they just keep saying they don't sell those flowers. I said if they're not your flowers then mine haven't even turned up! No response to that email. They don't deserve 1 star but I can't leave 0
Ordered flowers to be delivered 23/12 for funeral. 1st picture is what I ordered, 2nd picture is what they received. They arrived 29/12 not only wilting but wrong flowers. No response yet to 3 emails. Am trying to get a refund but they haven't even responded
Delivered OK. Flowers in full bloom so little life left for display. Some stems broken and some flowers dead. Recipient very disappointed. Customer Services offered discount on next order. There will not be a next order.
I have made 2 orders with this company and on both occasions the delivery has been late. Their flowers are beautiful but there appears to be a problem with ensuring that they arrive on time. Keeping to the delivery date is important to customers.
Dont use this company. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the photo i chose from. They were just bundled up-no attempt made to arrange them. Not interested in my complaint. This experience has put me off ever ordering flowers online again. Really upset me. They say free delivery then charge you for tracking and you dont actually get the tracking they promise to say the flowers are on their way. This company must be laughing all the way to the bank! No need to be like this.
1 star is too much for this company don't waste your money on them! Ordered flowers and paid extra for a better selection, for mother's day and I'm still waiting for them to deliver! I've emailed them and they just ignore you £30 down the drain! Can't put photo on as haven't received them but my advice is to not order from this company.

The flowers delivered smelled mouldy and had fur on the stalks, and were nothing like what were advertised!
Save your money - buy from a petrol station or supermarket!
I would avoid this company like the plague! Interesting that most of the posts on fb have an angry faces on them and any negative comments have been deleted plus there is nowhere to leave a review. I ordered on the Thursday before Mother's day booking a delivery date for the Saturday to ensure she got them in time for Mothers day and they did not arrive until Monday afternoon. They were not sent out until friday evening! So they were sat with the post office since Friday evening and lost 2.5 days of their cut lives. They were also not very good. I have called and called and called and left messages to be called back. No one picks up their supposed great customer service line and no one responds to a complaint. Not happy. Rip off company.
Mother's day: One third of flowers arrived DOD. For my father's birthday: no delivery at all! 2 days in transit, arrived on third day DOD. Have repeatedly asked for refund. Still waiting! Don't give yourselves the stress we have. So not worth the few pounds you think you save. Avoid!
Dont use this website was promised next day delivery, im still waiting 5 days after purchase, ive emailed and rang them to be fair 40 times plus, ive asked for a refund still nothing and no flowers, shocking service, so now im out of pocket of £30, and no flowers for a friend who lost her parent, so thanks for that!
Awful experience,
I placed an order for flowers and opted for the option of adding a box of chocolates. Received an empty flower box? And a tiny box of chocolates. Complained, only to be told this must have been what you ordered. We are too busy to check orders? Wow, great after care. My wife thought it was a joke when she opened an empty box on our anniversary.

Ordered a bouquet for my daughters birthday. Paid for an extra 50% and got a wilted bunch a day late, not as the picture & not wrapped as per web site. Complained & was promised a standard bunch as shown on the web site, properly wrapped. Got another tatty bunch. Daughter complained & they offered her 20% off another order. They must think we are totally stupid to use them again. I have complained but as yet, no response, surprise, surprise! The pictures on the web site are not what you will receive, better going to your local garage or supermarket.
First of all it says FREE DELIVERY. But you get charged £2.99 for "tracking". I ordered the colour burst bouquet for my daughter as she is front line staff. I also paid extra for 50% more flowers. I got less than the normal bunch, never mind the 50% extra! These flowers are no way worth £22.98 I paid. I have been trying to contact them with no avail. 2 emails and phone calls. I've given up.

Bouquet I ordered for a very special friend was 2 days late and just a bunch of carnations not the bouquet advertised on their website. After numerous emails to the company asking for either another bouquet to be delivered or a refund, which was totally ignored, I decided to submit a complaint to the trading standards.
Absolutely ridiculous company, do not order I ordered flowers for Mother's Day in advance paid for tracked delivery flowers never arrived and the company completely ignored calls and messages. Should be utterly ashamed of yourselves
I have ordered flowers for mothers day as a gift to be delivered yesterday to only find out my mum didn't get it. My husband emailed this company and no reply let alone tracking number for the order. I have contacted the company number nemourus times but all i get is operator busy what a load of b*****ks.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothering Sunday. They went less than fresh on arrival and today I had to throw 3 gerbera away and some of the other flowers are losing their petals. I hope that this firm does something to recompense customers. I shall tell my daughter to NEVER use this firm again.
