My daughter sent me flowers for Mothering Sunday. They went less than fresh on arrival and today I had to throw 3 gerbera away and some of the other flowers are losing their petals. I hope that this firm does something to recompense customers. I shall tell my daughter to NEVER use this firm again.
Ordered mothers day flowers and they failed to arrive. After numerous emails, no response at all.
Finally attempted to deliver 3 days later and mum was out, had to pick up from post office and they were dead.
Still no response after numerous emails... conveniently their only way of communicating with them.

Wouldn't use again, I have tried to contact them which is proving very difficult. But they are sending me emails everyday to advertise offers but apparently can't receive emails of complaints. I ordered pink roses but got pink and orange Gerber's. Gerber's are cheaper than roses so this is false advertising I was not even informed of the changed of flowers, The roses were for sympathy flowers so I was very disappointed when I see what my friend had received instead.
1st bouquet arrived with dead dried out flowers emailed with pictures and they said will send another one out.
6 weeks later 2nd bouquet arrives with dead roses but when email they say they showed the picture i sent to their senior florist who said they were fine

Son sent me a bouquet for Mother's Day. I was out neighbour found them in the road and took the damaged box in. When I got home the following day no water or moisture cloths were around the flowers and they were dead. Have emailed the company twice so has my son and they can't even be bothered to reply.
The picture of the flowers I sent to my granddaughter say a thousand words. This was taken ONE day after the flowers were received. Complaining is to no avail - you get an automated txt with no further details of contact. Please keep away from this site, a blatant RIP-off!
Bought a Mother's day bouquet and it was not delivered on the day I specified. Which I didn't mind to much but the flowers were awful. I was told by my mum that they were wet inside the box and all the flowers had mildew so were rotten. I emailed twice and got no response. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Don't use.
Ordered flowers for friend as get well and they arrived 4 days late and dead the balloon sent was minus a holder or string
Contacted company and was told they were dead but nothing could be done they were not responsible really! Your the florist not me no refund avoid this company unless you want rubbish sent
This company did not deliver the flowers I hoped would go to my mother on mothers day, they did not contact me or get back to me when I complained with a voice message as no one is ever available to speak with. I've never had a such bad experience with a business. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me and reimburse my money. The flowers should have arrived three days ago and still haven't arrived. Do not use this company.
Arrived 3 days late and fading. Mold on base of stems, not freshly cut. Buds broken off and some stems broken. Looks like they have been in a van without water for those three days. So disappointing for a 70th birthday present.

I ordered some flowers which arrived brown and crushed. The company tried everything they could not to refund me and have now refused to refund me for delivery of their faulty product. Do not order from them. Terrible product and terrible customer service
We chose to send flowers to my mother in law via this company. I ordered two weeks in advance for mother's day. Not only did they not deliver any flowers but they did not reply to my complaint made via e-mail. I then complained by phone and got an answerphone so I left a message and still got no reply. This company is a complete con and should be removed from the internet. Do not waste your time.
Flowers ordered for a monday & they tried to deliver to a school on a saturday. Re delivered on monday afternoon. So 4 days in transit... weeping floral confetti anyone! It took 3 days & multiple emails to get a response to my complaint. They did send out a replacement bunch the 50% extra what a joke, there were 50% less flowers than shown in a standard bunch. I wish I had seen these reviews previous to buying I am absolutely disgusted by what I had delivered dead squashed flowers no bigger than an average £5 bunch from Tesco! This company should be banned from trading
I have a question why are you still trading? I can't believe this company is still trading after so many complaints, ruined special occasions. I just hope everyone who has complained have reported them to trading standards and contacted the media, because people like this this should never run a business.
I placed an order last week for flowers to get delivered for mothers day they didn't arrive. At the same time placed a order for flowers for my gf birthday which is today and didn't get them either im absolutely heartbroken i paid over £60 for both the flowers. Wish i had read the reviews i will not be using them again. There is also no contact number just email and its the same email they send u over again disappointed
Having received a bouquet £20 plus one expects decent flowers not dead ones. Having sent them a picture of the said flowers they said they would send some more, still haven't arrived and can't get through on the phone. What sort of business is this?
So this morning as a surprise from my mum after coming out of hospital I received a bunch of roses, almost dead, contacted them with photos to be told it is expected to be wilted in transit! You would not pick this bunch out of the bargain bucket at the supermarket. So much for the guarantee of a replacement bunch. If I could give zero stars I would have! Terrible after sales!

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
