I ordered 12 coloured roses for my daughter's birthday which haven't arrived and going by the reviews they probably won't why do you do this to honest genuine people what a load of tossers tried phoning also emailed never got reply stay away from these arseholes £20 down the drain I want my cash back
Not only did my MothersDay bouquet arrive 3 days late, but 80% of the flowers and 100% of the foliage was damaged, bruised, broken, rotten and slimy. These flowers were supposed to show my mom how much i love and appreciate her. Instead they were embarrassing and upsetting. And to top it all off there isnt even a customer service number i can call to complain to. My mum is a highly professional garden designer, she thinks this company might be buying flowers that are passed their shelf life, cheaply from flower wholesale markets.
My son ordered 12 white roses for his girlfriend's 18th birthday today he ordered 2 weeks in advance of them paid and they didn't turn up don't use this company disgraceful service fraudsters is or they are stay well away from these robbing scum bags
They were not dispatched until the day of my chosen delivery date. Flowers were smaller than a £6 bunch from any supermarket. Very disappointed. Also it seems the customer service phone number is never answered emails are also ignored the only way I managed to make contact was facebook messenger. Rediclious will never order again.
Avoid! Don't bother I ordered flowers 30th March to be delivered Saturday 4th April. It's now 6th April and no flowers! Really bloody annoyed as they were for my mother in laws birthday! I can't even get in contact with the company via telephone! Absolute joke!
We ordered flowers for a bereaved friend, they never turned up, we had given an alternative delivery address 2 doors down in case no one was in, but they didn't bother to use it, just left a card, which wasn't found until days later. Now they are refusing to refund. Awful service, complete rip off.
As others have said flowers arrived two days after Mother's Day so element of surprise and pleasure lost for both myself and my daughter who has been trying to contact company with no response whatsoever. Flowers were quite nice when they did arrive and if it wasn't for the fact that they were delivered by Royal Mail I would have told them to take them back. Everyone should be compensated for their disappointment.
Ordered 2 different bouquets for delivery Saturday 30/1/21... arrived on time but did not receive adequate quantity of flowers as per the picture and description. I ordered the yellow and mauve charm bouquet but received 1 stem of mauve and the rest was cheap looking yellow and white flowers... 2nd bouquet wasn't much better and didn't contain the colours or flowers displayed... appalling quality and quantity and could have got more for money purchasing from supermarket... complained by sending pics of what was received and they said they were acceptable but offered me 20% off next order... no good to me as wont be ordering again... poor customer service and cant seem to write a review on their page and only favorable reviews are showing
I ordered flowers plus the extra 50% for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary and they never arrived, called them up and was basically fobbed off, shocking service by a company that is only interested in your cash. I will never use again. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere.
My daughter spent a lot of money for flowers that should have arrived in time for mothers day they turned up late should if of been a big bunch of flowers I only got five flowers and they where dead you should give all the people that bought of you there money back very upsetting to how you take the money and give crap flowers to people that paid a lot of money not what daughter ordered
I received a bouquet from a client who had warned me not to expect too much as he had heard bad reviews after ordering. He wasn't wrong. Edges of roses brown and lilies all dry, why not water in transit? When I attempted to contact the supplier there was no phone number and upon emailing the email was thrown back as 'Error. You have entered an incorrect email address... really? Just laughable.
I ordered roses for my best friends 50th birthday. I paid £20, the roses that was delivered looked like £2 flowers from asda or something. I have emailed them so many times, no reply. Called them over 30 times but the tone is always busy. Please do not waste your money on this company
Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday 13th March for Mother's Day. Paid £5 delivery cost and they finally arrived on Tuesday. I have tried to contact the company via telephone and sent an email. No one is answering my question as to why they arrived 3 days late
Will never use them again and would tell others to go else where.
I ordered some flowers for mothers day... They arrived a day early however came with flowers wilted and stems snapped. They were good for the bin... Nothing else. No response from the company as of yet... If I don't get a response I shall be reporting to trading standards and trying to contact national news papers to inform as many people as possible.
I ordered flowers last week for Mother's Day, which arrived 4 days late, dead and pathetic. Do not order from this place, and if you have, contact your credit card company for a Chargeback based on a product "Not fit for purpose". Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. Do it!
1) The flowers did not arrive on the correct day (selected for Friday delivery, came on Thursday). 2) They were dead when they arrived, gysophila discoloured and, rose head was broken off and stems were black on arrival. 3) Emailed customer service to tell them about it, almost a week later and still no reply. Very poor, will not be using this service again.
Have tried daily to contact them for nearly two weeks after chasing refund for late delivery and awful quality of flowers which were wilting and dying. They simply do not care! I have called them in excess of 500 times and sent numerous emails neither of which have ever been responded too. If anyone out there reading these reviews has the power to investigate them, I urge you to do so as many people continue to be ripped off!

Flowers arrived two days later than requested without any courtesy contact to let me know took a week in total to be delivered. Arrived half dead and mostly wilted, completely different flowers to the ones I ordered and expected..

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, confirmed the delivery date, paid for Royal Mail "tracking"... they didn't turn up as agreed... arrived the next day after spending 4 days in transit... blooms are totally fading after one day..., complete rubbish service. I ordered some flowers for my Daughter's Aunties birthday and they haven't arrived. I didn't get an order confirmation after I placed the order so I had to ring and ask for one. I've paid for a service and I haven't had it and it's the first time I've ever used this company and will definitely be the last time!
I've tried to ring loads of times and can't get through sometimes it puts you on hold for a bit then asks you to leave a message and other times it just goes straight to you leaving a message. I've also sent an email and if I don't get a response I will be getting the fraud team at the bank involved. You can't take peoples money and not deliver the product!

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
