Disgraceful

Simple... DO NOT USE! Arrived Late, dead fllowers, no 50% extra, no reply to emails, no phone no. To complain, no refund. Total and utter rip off merchants. Trading standards would have a field day with the bunch of crooks that are Lovely Flora World...'lovely' they are NOT! I strongly urge you to stay away from this company.

Dreadful!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. They did not arrive on time- three days late! During lockdown, so had no other presents! I paid £5 extra for the large bouquet. They were extremely small and a very poor quality, only lasting 5 days. They also said there would be chocolates too. No there weren't. I have emailed several times and they don't even have the decency to respond. Will not use them again?

I ordered for my Mother's 87 birthday. I ordered 50% more flowers. By some fate the flowers came to my home address and I was actually very dissatisfied at the wilting or tiny buds. The bouquet looked sparse and there was no water feeding the stems while in transport. When I sent photo's to customer services, I was treated with total disrespect and then my emails were ignored. I must order at least twice to three times every month and to be treated like this is disgusting. They seem to have gone downhill in the last 12 months. I am not able to upload a photo but I have tried.

Avoid this company

As photo shows not at all how advertised. Complete rip off. First photo is what arrived and that was adding extra 50 % flowers and bow. Second picture is how they are advertised. Please avoid this form at all costs

Very disappointed. Used this company because they said they could deliver by last Monday. It's Thursday and there has still been no delivery. There has been no response to my email and the phone is permanently engaged. I wish I'd stuck with Bunches who I have used very successfully in the past. These flowers were for a nurse who has tested positive for Covid19. So very disappointed she hasn't received the flowers or the chocolates to cheer her up. Far from "cheap" flowers this was an expensive non event. I understand these are difficult times but a response to my email or an update when they blatantly have missed the target date would have been helpful. Definitely won't use them again unless they do something to retrieve themselves.

Valentines Day

Purchased red Rose's for valentines day didn't arrive until 15th, when we received the Rose's they were creamy pink and half dead. Would definitely not recommend this company they don't answer emails etc. Will not be using them again and recommend other people look elsewhere.

Mothers Day

Ordered flowers order number *******, asked to be delivered on 13 March, only found out they got delivered today 16th March. No email to explain why so late. Have emailed BUT no response. Want a refund as I'm totally disappointed.

Would not recommend to anyone.

Flowers did not arrive on the day promised on two emails from them. Nor did they arrive the following day. Employee Olivia (very poor customer service, clearly does not care AT ALL) about customers stated your terms and conditions state any orders placed after xpm on Fri won't be delivered until Tuesday. WHY DOES the ORDERING SYSTEM ALLOW ME TO CHOOSE DELIVERY ON SUNDAY, AND CONFIRM IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON SUNDAY ON TWO SEPARATE EMAILS! NOT ACCEPTABLE. Were intended for someone who needed care and cheering up after an unexpected and traumatic surgery, extremely disappointed they didn't receive them

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Saturday 10 March as an extra nice surprise for the day before mothers day. Paid extra for 50% more flowers. They delivered on Friday 9 March hardly any flowers that were dead! Fuming isnt he word complained to customer service immediately and got a replay saying would respond with 48 hours... seriously what use is her, the moment is lost and ruined thanks to this company

I ordered these last night to be delivered today. I have only just received an email (16.22) to tell me it will be tomorrow. I emailed earlier to enquire when they would be delivered, no reply and I called and left a message for them to call me back and they have not had the courtesy to do so. I now dread to think what the flowers will be like. 1st and last time using this site! AVOID!

I am extremely angry with the above company for ripping me off with flowers sent to me for my partners birthday. It was £18 badly spent as i could of bought them in tescos for £5. You ask yourselves no i cant do that for COVID19 reasons so you get ripped off. When they arrive they are dying and their were not many at all. I complained to them on the 5th May and have had no reply. What kind of organization does that!

Absolutely despicable company. My mother in law brought flowers from here to go on my father in laws grave for his birthday.

She ordered 24 large headed roses but the ones sent were small and half dead and could have been £5 from a petrol station.

Understandably she was upset and called to complain. They were rude, unhelpful and left her absolutely distraught. The manager refused to speak to her and all they offered was for her to post them back at her own cost and they'd consider sending some new ones IF they agreed that they weren't up to scratch.

Invisible Flowers

Don't even deserve a 1 Ordered flowers for a friend of mine who kindly made us all face masks from scrubs material as I manage a Residential Home. Paid in full on 12th April and to date still no flowers delivered. They are not answering their phone nor do they reply to my emails. Please avoid this company
They are a joke and should be closed down. This is theft of my money and I am seeking advice as this is a criminal offence

Terrible service

Used these while ago and my mum received them on time and they where beautiful so I had no hesitation t use them again for my daughters birthday. 3 days late and after receiving a email confirming they'd been despatched no flowers! I emailed them twice t only receive confirmation they'd received my email and would reply within 48hrs still waiting for reply and flowers and chocolates. Maybe she'll receive them in on time for her next birthday... make the most of my nearly 20 pounds i gave u in return for absolutely nothing because u will never be getting my custom again. Absolutely rubbish by the looks of other reviews I've read I'd say there cheap because there either rejects or too far gone to go on shop display n almost ready for bin

Stay away

Order flowers for my mum for mother's Day arrived half dead, with in 2 days they were in the bin. I have emailed and left voicemail and have heard nothing. A big con if you ask me.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Something for trading standards maybe.
Stay away do not order from this company.
I don't normally leave reviews but this is disgusting.

Very disappointed with the flowers I received for my mums birthday. I payed extra for 50% more flowers but still only got 4 main flowers and a couple round the outside that hadn't opened yet. I ended up buying my mum Tesco flowers for £10 which were much better than the ones I received from this website! They know what there doing it's how they make there money it's a scam! Don't order from here they look nothing like the photos. Wish I saw they only had 1 star rating before ordering

My daughter bought me flowers for mothers day... 1 bouquet was nothing like 1 ordered... 2 flowers were taped together with piece of tape... 3 not in water as shown and no food... 4 half the flowers were dead... email upon email sent and no reply a week down the line and its no a case of lesson learned as dont hold much hope of a reply... so my advice go pick up a bunch of flowers from your local petrol station as they would be much better than the 1s this company sends out... total disgrace of a company
