Very disappointed with the flowers I received for my mums birthday. I payed extra for 50% more flowers but still only got 4 main flowers and a couple round the outside that hadn't opened yet. I ended up buying my mum Tesco flowers for £10 which were much better than the ones I received from this website! They know what there doing it's how they make there money it's a scam! Don't order from here they look nothing like the photos. Wish I saw they only had 1 star rating before ordering
My daughter bought me flowers for mothers day... 1 bouquet was nothing like 1 ordered... 2 flowers were taped together with piece of tape... 3 not in water as shown and no food... 4 half the flowers were dead... email upon email sent and no reply a week down the line and its no a case of lesson learned as dont hold much hope of a reply... so my advice go pick up a bunch of flowers from your local petrol station as they would be much better than the 1s this company sends out... total disgrace of a company
Ordered flowers for a friends birthday in 2020. Ordered over a week earlier as covid may delay. Were a week late, which under circumstances I could have lived with however what she recieved was a third of a bouquet and no ribbon. Contacted company to complain and was totally ignored. Shocking delivery and shocking customer services. Would never use again. Be warned..
Sent flowers to a friend because of a family tragedy. They arrived completely dead. My friend emails them and sent pics. She didnt want to tell me to upset me but am glad she did as this was the first and last time I use them. Avoid at all costs dont waste your money. Have asked for refund and replacement so we wait and see.
I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Absolutely awful. Paid for them to be delivered on or before Mother's Day for them to arrive nearly a week late. Mother in law lives 150 miles away. Flowers broken and half dead, paid extra for a bigger bunch and lucky to have 4 stems of flowers. Would never order again and would avoid at all cost. The worst customer service known, emails sent, voicemails and calls and had nothing in return at all! Waste of money!
Ordered flowers for next day delivery, ordered the 50% extra luxury bunch and not only did they arrive 3 days late, they were absolutely shocking, there were 8 flowers in total in the bunch! I could of bought nicer in a supermarket. I actually did buy a £5 bunch in the local supermarket and they were far nicer. When I emailed, their response was I could have a discount of my next purchase... one I will never make! Absolute joke!
I ordered a joyful bouquet with added 50%for a total of £17.98 on 19.06.2020 for delivery as it was my friend's 50th and working from home I didn't have chance to get to a florist. These were supposed to be delivered on 22.06.2020 and arrived at 2pm on 23.06.2020. To say how disappointed I was is an understatement. There was so few flowers, they were wilted and half dead
I have had much better and more flowers from a £10 sainsburys bunch of flowers.

My sister complained and they offered to send another bouquet. They arrived 4 days later than they promised! And they are dead too (see second photo)

Ordered flowers in January for Valentine's day delivery for my partner at his workplace.
Flowers arrived a day early which is fine but can you imagine the face he made when he opened the box and it was dead roses. I'm absolutely fuming I have emailed the company to be told it's within their terms and conditions. Absolutely shocking. Didn't have the card in the flowers just a box of dead roses.
You should be closed down and your customer service is shocking same as your business.
I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card and advise everyone else to do so.
Ordered flowers for a specific delivery date - they arrived 3 days early. Flowers were open, no buds, won't last more than a couple of days. Ordered a balloon with thr flowers - this wasn't delivered. Everything about Lovely Flora World is awful - do not waste your money here!
I ordered flowers chocolates a Teddy from this company haven't delivered. I have tried making contact answer phone message them no response they are taking people money and not delivering and will not engage to sort it out. I wouldn't even give them one star disgusting company.
I ordered flowers overy a week ago. For my friend Rod Cameron. He was on holiday to Mexico. A burner exploded when go for meal at hotel. Fireball went into him and the shirt went on fire. Really burnt him. Wanted flowers to send to him BUT he didn't get them! Spent lot of money on them
Appalled by the state and size of the flowers for the price I paid. I added 50% extra. God knows how tiny the bunch would have been without it. The were very late and died soon. Never again. The company is taking advantage of people who can't leave the house during lockdown. Never again. £18 for that...
Avoid it they're not professional. I order for my sister pink roses guess what they send red an white roses and not fresh see the pictures. When i contacted them they never answer and them phone never works.
My order was not delivered on time: despite confirmation from the company assuring me it would be. They delivered the flowers 2 days late. The flowers were submitted standard and not really worth even the discountedge price. Very poor. When I asked for a refund the refused... twice... luckily I paid on credit card so I am taking the issue up with them...
These people just take your money and at the end nothing is like what it should be. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday and not only they delivered it one day later but also the bouquet which I ordered online from their website has nothing similar with what my mom received. Flowers were missing which is so disappointing since I ordered the bouquet with 50 % more flowera (a bigger size) and I paid double for this "extra". Ordered a bouquet for a surprise anniversary present very disappointed that yes they arrived on time but did not look like the pic I ordered and had no message card with them so when they arrived they didnt know who they were from until i asked if they had received them and when she sent me a pic of them i was disappointed to say the least I will not use this company again
I made an order for £14.99 online for a bunch of flowers. Mid way putting my banetails in to pay, the site crashed and it said no order was placed.
I then checked my bank card and they took the payment twice.
Still waiting a refund from last weekend. I have had an acknowledgment email stating they are processing the refund but nothing has arrived yet. They also do not answer their phones.
My order did get delivered on the right day but still await refund for the second order I did not place..
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Awful company. They have warehouse supervisor called Moshin, from Iran. He is operating and securing all things and people, because the owner doesn't care!. He is a horrible person, he is treating every staff like a $#*! and slave. You have 9 hours shift, but usually you have to work there 13-14 hours per day and they don't pay exactly salaries. Before busy periods you have to work 1 month without day off. No contract no nothing!... $#*!!
Dear friend sent me a bouquet for my birthday, roses were dead, stems were bent. Complained & quickly received another bouquet, this bunch was worse than the last. Complained again to be offered a 3rd bouquet, declined so was offered 20% off next order, as if I would use these again. Save your money, the box they arrive in is to small for the flowers

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
