I Ordered a birthday bouquet for my friend. I paid for 50%extra flowers, chocolates and birthday balloon.The bouquet of 12 flowers arrived, I was so disappointed when my friend sent me the photo of her flowers.If 12 flowers was the 50%extra that I paid for I would have hated to see what the original bouquet consisted of. I won't be using this company again that's for sure.

Disgusting

I cant believe i failed to read these reviews before ordering. I arranged to send flowers to my parents for their wedding anniversary to where they were staying on holiday. The payment was taken immediately yet the flowers failed to arrive and all my emails reporting this have been ignored. This is a scam

Very disappointing
December 17, 2021

I bought 24 roses by about £34 ( including postage) for our anniversary on 15th. Roses been delivered on due date but quality was very poor. Roses were tiny compared with their advertisement photos, Some of them was too dry and too weak to stand properly. Leaves were dry and unhealthy. Straight way I emailed them, they were asking for proof. I took all photos and videos from RingGo door bell, but I felt very dishonour when they asking for for proof. It's flowers specially we buy for special reason, who is in the world will say lies about flowers for wife/kids/funeral?
I don't mind to send them, but wife said drop the matter as she saw my love for her, she doesn't bother about the flowers.
I'm a small businessman, I know how the bad things impact the business, otherwise, I would like to put all photos and videos in social media, but I stop myself.
Please, respect and believe your customer, they will give you business.

Flowers didnt artive

I ordered flowers weeks ago to arrive on 13th March for mothers day. 5 days later no flowers have arrived and this shocking company have assured me they would be delivered no later than 2 days later which they havent
Total disappointment for mothers day and nobody picks up phone unless inundated with complaints

I ordered a surprise Bouquet of flowers to congratulate my brothers engagement. The flowers arrived very late and look like I got them from the local supermarket. They are a small bunch of flowers even though I paid for extra and look no way close to the picture on the website. I paid £16 for a £3 bunch of flowers I could have picked myself from a store.
Terrible and very disappointed with the product and service. Left with a very empty wallet.

AWFUL

I'm not sure how this company get away with it. Wish I'd read more reviews before ordering. Obviously the reviews on the website itself are fake! Fist of all the flowers that I recieved were embarrassing. Would of got a better bunch at a petrol station. They were a tiny bunch of dead, dry flowers, despite paying for 50% extra. No card delivered with them either. Also ordered a box of chocolates paid extra and the wrong chocolates were sent not to mention the size of the box. FALSE advertising all round on this site, the flowers are not as pictured, the reviews are fake, and it says free delivery when in fact I paid £2.99 tracking fee. All in all I spent £32.97 I might as well have just thrown that money in the bin! Oh and customer service is non existent

I'm not one for writing reviews and usually keep my opinions to myself however, I have just received flowers from the this company and I'm upset that they are aloud to advise such nice flowers to then send out nearly dead and very small flowers. The flowers which I received are nothing like the photos advertised. I would recommend everyone to find a different flower company to go to.

Flower Order

I ordered flower from Flora World for my Mum's birthday memorial on 15th February. Despite ordering in plenty of time and having the order acknowledge and payment taken my flowers did not arrive. This was very upsetting for me and I had to purchase flowers elsewhere. Despite phoning and emailing I did not receive a response from Flora World. Instead a very wilted bunch of flowers turned up on my doorstep yesterday. Surely when dealing with peoples emotions they should be more considerate. Wont order again or recommend to anyone

Absolutely crap

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my mums 60th birthday and they turned up 2 days late (dispite being ordered well in advance) when they finally arrived they are a far cry to what was pictured even the wrong balloon was delivered I am so disgusted & disappointed. See for yourself and steer well clear

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, do not use this company. They do not deliver on the date they say the will - which with flowers is pretty much the whole point. They told me in a confirmation email that my Mum's flowers would be delivered on the 15th, they actually arrived the next day - pointless. AVOID! Also the flowers themselves were rubbish - I'd even upgraded to the 50% extra - let's just say I'd hate to see what a pathetic little bunch of flowers she'd have got if i didn't pay the upgrade - I would have been better off going to my local petrol garage, the quality would have been better!

Never buy again

Ordered Monday for next day delivery. Didn't arrive until Thursday evening.
When recipient opened them flowers half dead and droopy and where not even flowers I ordered

Appalling Service

Hi Everyone
Whatever you do never use this company for your flower order, i ordered flowers for my wife's Silver wedding Anniversary to be delivered the day prior so as not to spoil the surprise.
I also ordered a balloon to go with what looked like on the site beautiful vivid Pink Roses.
Well what we got came over 2 days earlier even though my order had confirmed delivery on the date chosen.
That then spoilt my surprise but what spoiled it more was when i took them from the box to find what could only be described as insipid whitish pink dead looking flowers.
I am so disgusted they could send this out and so disappointed they treat customers in this way.
I have Emailed on lots of occasions and not one reply ( Disgraceful Service)

Avoid this company. Despite ordering 6thJan ( delivery date 8 th) orders arrived 11th - 5 days after ordering. I have complained but their response was to refer to their TCs which states delivery could be 1-2 days later
This is one distrustful company, find a floral company you can trust to deliver your order on the all important date.

I ordered flowers to be delivered a week later, money went out order was confirmed only for the flowers not to be delivered on day requested or any day after. I emailed 3 times, no response so I called only to be met with a lady shouting abuse at me how it was my fault because the delivery address was wrong (it wasn't) it's just an excuse they use, they offered me half a refund which I didn't accept as I didn't receive the flowers, I told them I had recorded the call and was now going to trading standards. They called back minutes later still blaming me but said they would give full refund of which they never did. I have contacted my bank and have set up a dispute as they should not be able to get away with it so many times. Do not use this company

Absolutely Vile looking! Do not but from them!

I ordered two bunches of flowers to arrive on the friday before mothers day as to leave plenty of time incase of delays. It is now mothers day and only one bunch has turned up two days late. The flowers are dead, the petals are hanging off, the heads are snapped and it looks nothing like the pictures. No foliage, not the same colours and I paid extra for 50% more and the bunch has maybe 7 stems in it. I could have go better quailty for £5 at tesco!

AVOID at all costs!

First of all my husband ordered WHITE LILLIES... what arrived I can only describe as dead £2.99 petrol station flowers. What arrived where gerbra and chrysanthemum. 2 gerbra snapped chrysanthemum dead. I will not of chrysanthemum in the house as they remind me of my mum's funeral so imagine the horror when I opened the box that was 4 times larger than the flowers in it. I have contacted trading standards regarding miss selling so expect to here from the company asap.

Have recently placed two orders and got to say how pleased I am with the beautiful bouquets received, really good quality packaging, lovely cards to match the flowers, lovely presentation
Such an easy website to use for ordering with lovely selection at such amazing choices and price,. Both my friends loved the flowers they received.
Will definatly be back for more and highly recommend this company.

NEVAR AGAIN

I have ordered a bouquet of flowers that was good, a happy birthday balloon and some chocolates that were too small for their value. Disappointing company service. The order arrived late, on another date than the one indicated, having ordered twelve days in advance, no one from the company contacted me to inform me of the delay, so I contact them, explain the problem and they tell me that Those things happen that I wait a few more days if they arrive, I inform them that I want to cancel the order and that the full amount of it will be paid to me, but I have not yet received a response, they simply ignored me. I do not recommend it.

Finally have had an answer from this awful company and have now been offered a full refund to be paid in 28 days. I have now got in touch with BBC and they have said that I am not the only one who has had problems with this company. It is an awful company ripping people off. Did anyone else get get their refund and how long did it take

Sent wrong flowers so I asked for a replacement. They said there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I sent them photos to compare the image on their website with what was received then they blocked my email address! Very disappointed in this company and won't be using them again. Photo on left is what was ordered and photo on right is what was received.

What I ordered.
What was received. Pink chrysanthemums instead of bright lime green ones which takes away from the whole look of the theme of the bouquet which was called Melody Bright!
