The flowers arrived on time - that is the only positive. The flowers were sparse and past their best - within 2 days over half of the flowers had died. I sent in photographic evidence and it took 3 emails before I got a response. I asked for a replacement which didnt arrive on the day stated. I have emailed again with no response. Buyer beware! I gave the company plenty of time to rectify before leaving this review.
They sell sub standard low quality and poor flowers with decaying and broken stems. If you try and complain they fob you off and won't answer their 'phones. Please avoid. I suspect they are just interested in the money with no respect for quality or decency and honesty.

I ordered Mothers day flowers on Thursday and asked for them to be delivered Saturday.
I got my confirmation on the the Thursday, all looked good.
Nothing delivered, I waited patiently and thought they would arrive mothers day.
Still Nothing... I finally complained Saturday, Sunday and Monday and haven't had a reply as of yet they have not answered me, or issued a refund. So Avoid.
3 days later after ordering flowers for next day delivery the flowers still have not arrived. Contacted company and as the review title suggests, they didn't care. They take your money and run. Avoid and use a reputable company.
I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and then afterwards saw these awful reviews and I was very concerned. I needn't have worried. My friend has said that they are absolutely stunning and also beautifully wrapped.
Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day, they didn't arrive and I'm sent a generic email saying the will respond within 48hrs. Not acceptable.

Ordered flowers 1st November never turned up had to email them (No phone number at all) I argued and argued with them asking for a refund. They then said we will send replacement out guaranteed next day still no flowers no refund no apology. I have now raised this with visa and asked for a refund due3 to goods not being received. Apparently they are sent via royal mail with no tracking how convenient.
I was disappointed with the flowers my wife received as they did not match the picture on the website i e-mailed about this but was fobbed off with 10%discount on next order which i will not be making. This was with an extra 50% of flowers which was a laugh.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting company. I ordered flowers for my Nan for Mothers with plenty of time to spare, the money was taken from my account and then suddenly no communication. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, they still havent arrived. Ive tried calling and emailing but have no response. I'm now going through my bank. It's disgusting behaviour, my Nans upset and I'm outraged and want a full refund!
Ordered a bunch of roses and freesias for my wife. A bunch of roses and carnations were delivered with no prior warning that they were going to supply carnations. I complained about this and they offered a 30% refund. I then emailed them back to say that after 6 days the roses had withered but the carnations were still in bud and complained that the flowers did not all come out together. I was then offered a 50% refund; to date I have had no refund and after almost 2 weeks the bulk of the carnations are still in bud. AVOID!
My flowers for Mothers' Day this year were ordered by my daughter to arrive on the Saturday. They arrived on the following Tuesday dead and with only half the flowers ordered. I have sent several emails to this company and received no response. I will not however give up until I do. I have no intention of leaving this matter unresolved!
I ordered flowers to go to Derby on 17/06/2020 it said that they would be delivered 18/06/20 up to 20/06/20 still not arrived contact company was told could take up to 3 days will getting back on to them Monday asking for refund wouldn't use them again
I recently placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my mum.
I recieved confirmation of my order the night before dispatch advising they were ready to be delivered the following day.
4 days later and still NO flowers.

Excellent Delivery, Red Roses not Fresh, came one day before valentines day, dry as a bone lasted until the day after valentines.
They refunded me but not the full amount, I did E Mail them to tell them but Lovely Flora World just ignored me. I have posted some photos so you all can see.
They take the money provide no service. Due to the nature of the service flowers are sent with emotion behind them. These flowers were sent as I can't attend my nan's funeral due to corona virus. Absolutely vile and disgusting to do this.im livid. Enjoy your money.
I ordered over £300 worth of flowers from this company as a thank you gift for our care home nurses. The flowers arrived but were not as advertised. A few strands of carnation worth no more than £2 from a supermarket.

I contacted the above company to complain - was told if you order after 5 on Friday or a weekend, they wouldn't be delivered on time.
Quite clearly states on their site and on my confirmation email that they were being delivered today!

Horrible service. My Valentine's day flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day arrived 2 days after. After many attempts to contact customer support I managed to have a response offering 20% off on the next purchase (what a joke). I replied saying i would accept nothing but a full refund because it was obviously not my fault that lovelyfloraworld delivered 2 days after the scheduled date for the delivery. Needless to say my reply was ignored once again.
